PEOPLE WERE NOT IMPRESSED

However, when fans saw how the money was spent, they were not impressed. In a TikTok video, a "smug" Nick laughs and smirks at his followers while on his new jet-ski. The father had a message for his viewers, and it was not well received.

In the video, Nick asked "the people who are so caught up in [his] life" what they were doing. He expressed: "Negative people only get negative things in life! Don't be a negative person." His attitude was what truly perturbed viewers.

SPENDING THE MONEY

Nick purportedly told viewers how they would spend the money. He alleged it would be used to pay off his car finance, to share with his neighbors, and to get his girls "a few little bits."

He also indicated the family would give some of the GoFundMe donations to others who went through similar experiences. He claimed they would help people who did not have insurance to rebuild their homes.

THE VIDEO WAS UNKIND

Despite these claims, people could only see the flashy jet-ski Nick had purchased. A netizen commented: "What about the charities? Now it's spent on jet-skis."

People questioned why he would post such an unkind video. A user wrote: "If it wasn't for the public, you wouldn't be laughing. That money was from their kindness."
