Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have decided to sell one of their homes worth millions. The gorgeous 10-acre LA mansion is being sold at a major profit, giving the couple time to spend elsewhere.

This home is among many that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel own, and it will undoubtedly be difficult for them to say goodbye to it because the singer bought it almost twenty years ago in 2002.

The LA mansion, situated in a cul-de-sac, is listed with Justin Paul Huchel and Drew Fenton, agents at Hilton & Hyland.

THE MANSION

While the home was purchased in 2002, it is certainly not outdated as Biel and Timberlake have made many improvements to the property over the years, making it a beautifully modern home.

The 13,000 square-foot Spanish-style mansion has seven bedrooms, a gym, and a screening room. There is also a guest house, tennis court, and a huge swimming pool on the property.

Timberlake bought the home at first and then purchased the land surrounding it from actress Helen Hunt. This allowed him and Biel to truly expand on the property and add personal touches to it.

While the home was bought by Timberlake for $8.3 million in 2002, since the couple has done renovations and made expansions on the property, they will be selling it at a whopping $35 million.

MOVING

The couple has not mentioned anything about the house’s price tag and has simply shared why they will be giving up their LA home in favor of a quieter life.

At the height of their careers, it was important for Biel and Timberlake to be in the city to get to jobs and appearances easily. However, as they have become more interested in spending time with family, being in the city has become less important.

The couple has said that they enjoy spending quiet time in the country with their family and hardly spend any time in the city, making the LA mansion useless to them as they haven't been living in it often. They have therefore decided to sell the home to someone who will get more use out of it.

Biel and Timberlake share two sons, Silas, 6, and Phineas, 1, who they prefer to raise in the country. The family spends most of their time at the couple’s property in Yellowstone Resort, Montana, where they feel most comfortable.

While the couple has given up their LA home, a source close to them has said they still have a property on the East Coast.
