A Redditor tried his best to accommodate a severely disabled guy in his video club. However, he decided to throw him out after the team complained about his malicious activities.

The Redditor and his team were in charge of their video club in college. What was supposed to look like a fun session with filming turned awful whenever a severely disabled kid forced his way into the club.

The Original Poster (OP) was employed with a few other people to film videos for their school. Whenever they prepped for a shoot, the disabled kid entered the premises and bossed around.

The OP thought the boy crossed his limits. Often, his tantrums unsettled the team, and someone always had to be there to monitor him. The OP explained:

“In short, he is god-awful to deal with. He has constant temper tantrums, never listens, and has convinced himself he works here, so he’s gotten into the habit of yelling at people like he’s in charge.”

If his antics weren’t enough, the boy had the habit of playing with expensive equipment. During one instance, he messed up with a camera the team had bought out of their savings. Despite several warnings not to repeat it, the boy never abided.

They’d always approach him to help them out while filming. However, he would constantly interrupt their work. Sometimes, he’d have a meltdown since he couldn’t stay quiet for an extended period. The OP added:

“He doesn’t understand the closing time and constantly tries to come into the club once it’s closed and having absolute meltdowns when we tell him it’s closed and we are going home.”

The OP and the others thought his antics were beyond annoying, precisely when they found out he’d been sneaking into their personal belongings.

There were instances where someone would lose their laptop, only to find the guy playing on it. He had the habit of rummaging through their bags and playing with their essential work. The team got stressed by his misconduct and decided to put an end to his erratic behavior.

Some people supported the OP claiming that disabilities don’t permit anyone to take advantage of situations.

The team tried to be inclusive but felt they couldn’t tolerate his tantrums. They arrived at a consensus to throw him out of the club. However, the Redditors who read the OP’s story had one common question—how the guy made it to college, considering his severe disability.

For instance, user Shinynewreddit2019 said they were confused about how the boy completed his assignments and studied for tests considering his lack of self-control. The OP responded to the query, saying:

“I’ve seen him do his homework, and he seems to know what he’s doing. I’ve seen him do it while he’s in here. But for some reason, it’s like he lets loose in our club.”

Some people supported the OP claiming that disabilities don’t permit anyone to take advantage of situations. People getting kicked out due to their misbehavior isn’t uncommon. For instance, Redditor PhantomWolfZero reacted similarly to a family with noisy kids at a restaurant.

The Redditor’s night out with friends went awful when a family with kids sat two tables away. Despite knowing their kids misbehaved in public, the parents never bothered to control them. However, PhantomWolfZero lost his cool and complained to the staff.

The parent tried to apologize, but the Redditor never complied. Eventually, the family was kicked out with their kids. However, the kids’ mother thanked the Redditor for ruining their night despite knowing it wasn’t his fault.
