Annie Potts plays the loving and protective Meemaw, the grandmother to Sheldon and his siblings, Missy and George, on the "Big Bang Theory" spinoff "Young Sheldon."

Before starring in "Young Sheldon," Potts was known for her roles in films like "Ghostbusters," "Pretty In Pink," "Jumpin' Jack Flash," and "Who's Harry Crumb?"

She also created a career for herself in TV, as she appeared in "The Fosters" and starred in "Designing Women" for seven years. She was also in "Love & Peace" for a short period.

Potts has been married four times. First to Steven Douglas Schwartz from 1973 to 1978, then Greg Antonacci from 1978 to 1979. Later she welcomed her first child, Clay, with her third husband, B. Scott Senechal.

Like Potts and Hayman, two of their sons, Clay and Doc, have found careers in the entertainment industry. Unfortunately, there is not much information on what Harry does for work.

Clay is a screenwriter and an executive producer. His most recent job listing was as a screenwriter at Rain Management Group. He has also worked with FX Networks, Warner Bros. Television, and Netflix for an animated movie called "Arlo The Alligator Boy."
