American Actor and Producer Ray Liotta is dead! But before his demise, the star made waves in Hollywood due to his natural talent.

He was best known for his menacing and tough-guy roles, such as Ray Sinclair in "Something Wild," Joe Jackson in "Field Of Dreams," Henry Hill in "Good Fellas," and Tommy Vercetti in the video game "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City."

Ray's love life also brought him some attention, apart from his successful career. The actor was married and divorced once but was set to walk down the aisle for the second time before his demise.

His first marriage was to Actress and Producer Michelle Grace, born on December 4, 1968. The pair first met on the set of "The Rat Pack."

At the time, Michelle was still married to Chicago Cub's first baseman, Mark Grace. However, the actress and Mark's marriage eventually ended, giving Ray a chance at love with Michelle.

During a 2003 interview, the actor explained how he and his ex-wife's romantic relationship began. According to Ray, Michelle had just split with her husband and was in search of an acting coach, as she was asked to do a rap video.

So, Michelle called Ray and asked him if she should do the video. The latter responded negatively and went ahead to ask the actress for dinner, which saw the start of their romance. Here are more details about Ray's romantic involvement and his death.

After dating for a while, Ray finally popped the big question outside a jewelry shop. A report from The Guardian revealed that the actor cried when he proposed. In February 1997, the couple was wed by an Elvis impersonator in Las Vegas.

Tying the knot at 40, Ray seemed settled and finally ready to start a family. In 1998, he and Michelle welcomed their daughter, Karsen Liotta.

Sadly, it was only a matter of time before the ex-couples union crumbled. After staying together for almost a decade, Ray and Michelle called it quit in 2004.

The actor revealed that the union "just did not work out." According to Ray, all he wanted was to be in a relationship with the "right person," nevertheless, the pair remained friends. Ray made it known that Michelle still spent some time at their house, and Karsen often got to see her parents together.

Following their divorce, the father of one tried his hands at love again, and although he was successful, Ray said it did not feel as equal as he would have liked it. According to him, being fresh out of divorce affected the relationship. Still, he hoped to find the right woman for himself.

RAY FINDS LOVE AGAIN

Following his failed marriage and relationship, Liotta found love again in the arms of Jacy Nittolo. During a 2021 chat session on "Live With Kelly and Ryan," the actor shared the story behind his and Nittolo's romance.

Ray confessed that his daughter and Nittolo's son met at a party, and Karsen asked Nittolo to go out with the actor. At first, the older woman had reservations about going out with an actor. Then Karsen told Nittolo who her dad was, and according to Ray, she responded:

"Wait a second, though, isn't he like, in his 60s? I'm in my 40s."

"But the buzz kill for me was she also had a 10-year-old. When you're in your 60s, the last thing you want is a 10-year-old. Luckily, this kid is very cool," he added.

Eventually, Nittolo and Ray started dating, despite their age difference. They were first spotted together in 2019, and since then, pictures of the lovebirds have been splattered all over social media.

With the help of these snaps, many fans know what Nittolo looks like, but they are unaware of what she does. Nittolo is a former hairstylist with a professional license in barbering and cosmetology. However, there is more to the beautiful woman's personal life. For example, she has faced some tragedies in the past.

In 1985, Nittolo's father, Stewart Woodman, was thrown in jail for hiring assassins; Steve and Robert Homick, to kill his parents, Gerald and Vera Woodman. In October 2014, almost three decades later, Nittolo's father died in prison.

Also, in 2000, Nittolo's brother was involved in a fatal accident that left him with severe brain damage. Thankfully, Nittolo appears to be in a better place, as she is focused on being an excellent mother to her four kids, Dax, 24, Chazz, 22, Jade, 19, and Joey, 11.

The former hairstylist does not only share a good relationship with her children but also with Ray's daughter, Karsen. In 2020, Karsen shared pictures of herself, Jade, and Nittolo, taking a road trip. The latter also took to Instagram on the 2021 Mother's Day celebration to post a photo of her and her kids with the caption "missing @karsen_liotta."

Indeed, Nittolo and Karsen's relationship is enviable, and the pair were set to officially become stepmother and stepdaughter following Nittolo and Ray's engagement. In December 2020, the actor announced the pleasant news via an Instagram post.

Sadly, Nittolo and Ray's families could not experience the joy of becoming a blended family following the actor's demise.
