The royal family has been out and about all weekend to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee—her Majesty's 70th year on the throne—and the youngest royals have not been left out. The Cambridge children have been particularly busy during the celebrations.

The children made their Trooping the Colour carriage debut, a trip to Cardiff Castle in Wales with their parents, and attended the Platinum Party at the Palace concert. On Sunday, June 5, 2022, the Platinum Jubilee Pageant in London was no exception.

WHO IS CHARLES SPENCER?

Spencer is the 9th Earl of Spencer. He inherited the title after his father passed away in 1992. Spencer is also known as the 9th Viscount Althorp, 9th Baron Spencer of Althorp, 9th Viscount Spencer of Althorp, and the 4th Viscount Althorp.

He is Princess Diana's younger brother and the youngest child of the family with three older sisters, Princess Diana, Lady Sarah McCorquodale, and Lady Jane Fellowes.

Besides having had his sister, Diana, marry into the royal family, she is not his only connection to the royals. The Queen herself is his godmother, and despite having lost his sister early, Spencer does his best to keep her memory alive.
