WHO IS BRYCE DALLAS HOWARD'S HUSBAND?
Howard's husband is "Fringe" actor Seth Gabel. Born in October 1981, Gabel fell in love with acting thanks to his good friend Josh Gad, known as LeFou in "Beauty and the Beast."
Gad and Gabel met in the early 1980s when they attended kindergarten together. Although they were pretty young, Gad was already passionate about acting.

When they were 11, Gad took Gabel to a summer acting day camp to try it out, and Gabel caught the acting bug. Gabel appeared on the entertainment industry scene as an extra in the TV series "Unsolved Mysteries" in 1998.
In the 2000s, Gabel worked in "Sex and the City," "Nip/Tuck," and "Dirty Sexy Money." The project that skyrocketed Gabel's career was "Fringe," starring Anna Torv, Joshua Jackson, and John Noble.
Not everyone knows that Gabel and Howard have been married since 2006 because they prefer to keep their relationship away from the spotlight. However, Howard once praised Gabel's parenting skills.
She explained she was "in awe" of Gabel after he whispered in their eldest kid's ears, "Welcome to the world. Here, anything is possible," minutes after being born. Howard's two pregnancies were not easy, though.

WHAT HAPPENED TO BRYCE DALLAS HOWARD AFTER HER PREGNANCY?
Gabel and Howard share two kids: Theo, born in February 2007, and Beatrice, born in January 2012. Howard admitted that her second pregnancy was less complicated than the first because she already knew what to expect.
Howard also said she battled postpartum depression following Theo's birth. She initially didn't know it and gave it a different name: "postpartum denial." Howard noticed she was depressed after reading Brooke Shield's book about postpartum depression.
Sharing her struggles on Gwyneth Paltrow's GOOP blog was "therapeutic." It allowed Howard to describe her experience with words, something she had never done before.
The actress explained she felt "nothing" after Theo was born. Howard added she could not genuinely cry, laugh, or be moved by anything. She felt like a "rotten" mother, but she eventually listened to her husband and family and began being honest with her midwife.
Howard's midwife asked her to do multiple things, including visiting a therapist. She was diagnosed with severe postpartum depression and needed months to reach a healthy mindset.
BRYCE DALLAS HOWARD ALSO STRUGGLED WITH HER WEIGHT
Pregnancy impacted not only Howard's mental health but also her weight. She gained and lost about 80 pounds during and after her first pregnancy, but she seemingly had a more challenging time shedding pounds following Beatrice's birth.
Fortunately, Howard got back to a healthy weight. She has a successful Hollywood career and a beautiful family. Way to go!
