Katey Sagal's Husband Kurt Sutter and Details of Her Three Previous Marriages

Decades-long relationships in Hollywood are uncommon but not impossible, and Katey Sagal and her husband and "Sons of Anarchy" co-star Kurt Sutter confirm it.

Born on January 19, 1954, Katey Sagal grew up surrounded by talented artists as her parents were TV and film directors and producers, and some of her siblings pursued acting careers.

Sagal has been involved in the entertainment industry since the 1970s, when she landed minor roles in TV series and films. She turned to music and worked as a backup singer for Olivia Newton-John and Bette Midler.

WHO IS KURT SUTTER, KATEY SAGAL'S SPOUSE?

The "8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter" actress is married to Kurt Sutter, and although he is not as famous as Sagal, he is also a talented artist.

Sutter is mainly known as a screenwriter, director, and producer. The most popular TV series he has written and produced are "The Shield," "Sons of Anarchy," "The Bastard Executioner," and "Mayans MC."

Of all his projects, "The Shield" probably holds a special place in his heart. He used the TV series to debut as an actor (he portrayed hitman Margos Dezerian) and work with Sagal for the first time.

Sagal faced medical complications after the birth of her two eldest kids.

Speaking of Sutter and Sagal's relationship, they met through a mutual friend in the early 2000s. They got along so well that he said they should go out sometime, and she agreed.
