WHO IS TERRENCE DUCKETT?

Duckett rose to fame after he married Guy, and his popularity has remained since they divorced in 2008 when they cited irreconcilable conflicts. While he is still well-known, he has done his best to stay under the radar since his split from the Hollywood actress, leaving little to no clues about his current romantic life.

Professionally, Duckett became a chief strategy officer for a healthcare company based in Los Angeles. His last reported job was as a consultant for the same healthcare company.

While Duckett has kept his head down, Guy hasn't shied away from the spotlight since she became famous after appearing in several episodes of "Fame" in the early 1980s. She was also the star of the '90s show "A Different World." The actress and musician has continued to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, collecting many awards along the way.

TERENCE DUCKETT REPORTEDLY OWES NEARLY $40K IN CHILD SUPPORT

When Guy and her ex-husband ended their marriage, a judge ordered Duckett to pay $1,469 every month in child support for their daughter Imani. However, in 2012, the actress alleged that he had not paid a single cent since May 2010, with her spokesperson stating:

“Both parents have the financial responsibility of rearing a child. Jasmine has always met and will continue to meet her responsibility. She, however, unfortunately, finds herself in the same position as are many single mothers in this country — she must enforce her child’s right to benefit from the financial assets of both parents.”

Her former spouse reportedly owed $39,663 in unpaid child support, according to documents filed by Guy at a Los Angeles Superior Court.

A court hearing was scheduled but was then canceled. Unfortunately, Guy could not serve her ex-husband with the papers. However, insiders claimed a hearing might be set for later as she was still trying to serve Duckett.

Guy was also reportedly looking to have her ex held in contempt of court so that his wages could be garnished or, failing that, have him arrested. The child support battle is not the first time Guy faced financial woes in connection to Duckett.

When she and Duckett divorced, the actress had to file for bankruptcy because of the debt accumulated during their marriage. Her former spouse reportedly owed the feds around $94,000, while she allegedly owed the International Revenue Service (IRS) over $100,000.

JASMINE GUY AND KADEEM HARDISON ONCE CONFESSED TO "STEALING" SOUVENIRS

Guy struggled to get alleged money's worth following the divorce, but she made sure she didn't go home empty-handed after acting on "'A Different World." She and her on-screen lover Kadeem Hardison were on the talk show "The Real" when they opened up about souvenirs they took home from the set.

Hardison confessed to taking home a jacket he helped design, a saddlebag, and glasses. On the other hand, Guy shared that she took memorabilia related to Andy Warhol and a vintage rotary phone.

Not only did they bring home memorabilia but also memories from working together, but the two weren't done as co-workers. In 2016, they worked on the sitcom "KC Undercover" together.
