Demi Moore Interrupted Her Glittering Career to Raise Her 3 Daughters Away from Big Cities
Demi Moore stepped back from acting to be a mother, and now, years after she made the decision, the proof of its success is reflected in her relationship with her daughters. Here are the details that stand out about the actress and her kids.
Demi Moore, 59, has played different roles as an actress in her career but the one she has never had to move on from is her role as a mother. The talented actress is a mother of three gorgeous women, all of whom she had with her former husband, Bruce Willis, 67.
Willis was her second husband, but he was the first man to get her pregnant. The pair tied the knot on November 21, 1991, and the union lasted more than a decade before they divorced in October 2000.

They welcomed three kids named Rumer Willis, Scout Willis, and Tallulah Willis, and they have all grown up to become beautiful women from who Moore constantly derives joy.
Her first daughter, Rumer, was born on August 16, 1988. Moore chose to immortalize the experience by having a camera in the delivery room to document the birth that officially made her a mother.
Rumer has been known to sing her parents' praises because of the great job they did with raising them despite being divorced. Her sister, Scout, was born on July 20, 1991, and she is also fond of Moore.
The older actress has been known to praise Scout from time to time for her achievements and is one of her biggest supporters. The last child Moore had with Willis was Tallulah, welcomed on February 3, 1994.
Tallulah seems to be the most troubled, and at some point in the past, she admitted to resenting her father for some time because she inherited many of his facial features.
MOORE LEFT ACTING FOR FAMILY
After Moore got married, her husband Willis let her know where he stood concerning her work as an actress. He believed that it kept her away from their family too much, and he also told her that he was undecided if he wanted to be in a marital relationship.
Not long after, Moore earned millions for her acting, but it came with a lot of negativity. She believes that the industry was having a hard time paying an actress as much as she was charging at the time.
Willis was right about her job keeping her away, and eventually, they filed for divorce. It was around that time that the actress lost her mother, and it made her see the need to spend as much time as possible with her kids, so she took a step back from acting.

She wanted to spend as much time as possible with her children, so she took raising them as a full-term responsibility which she fulfilled in her home in Idaho.
Some claimed Moore had to step back because her career had declined after two failed roles. However, Moore was not kidding when she mentioned becoming a mom as one of the reasons she was stepping back because the work she put in is evident in the bond they now share.
Moore and Willis have always put the utmost priority on their family. Even after their divorce, they both made great efforts to co-parent their children, so they didn't have to choose a side. The actress not only has a close bond with Willis, but she also gets along perfectly with his new wife, Emma Heming.

Moore attended their first wedding and was there with the lovebirds when they renewed their vows for their 10th anniversary. Speaking about their relationship, Heming said:
"She welcomed me into her family as I welcomed her into ours."
That relationship between all three adults has continued to thrive, and their fans love seeing it.
HER DAUGHTERS ARE NOW HER TEACHERS
Moore's kids are adults now, but the relationship they share remains as solid as a thousand-year oak tree. The trio is known to share pictures of them posing together on social media, and in all of them, it is evident that the strong connection Moore left acting to build with her kids is still very active.
This year, Moore and her trio of daughters welcomed summer with a photo shoot that captured them posing by the waterside in matching swimsuits. Moore shared the photo, and it had her fans teeming with praises.
The pictures prove that they do almost everything together, including offering comfort when one of them is down. In March, it was announced that Willis would retire from acting due to health issues.
It was sad news, and in the statement confirming the information, Moore showed her support for the actor. She called him "beloved" and claimed they would deal with things as a "strong family unit."
Her daughter also had the same reaction, and in the days that followed, they all posted something kind about their father on social media.
In much more positive news, Moore will be hitting 60 later this year, and she has said that she feels more "alive and present than ever."
She told People that at 60, she would rather not be defined by her age but by how much experience she has amassed. Moore spoke about how her grandmother was feeling old at 60, but for her, the age is liberating, making her feel alive in many ways.
The actress's career has slowed down significantly now; in its aftermath, she has become a full-fledged family woman. She once confessed that she now turns to her three daughters for fashion tips and several other things.
She has cited them as her greatest "teachers," but they also learn from her in what Moore described as a "mutual exchange of style inspiration." Above all, Moore seems happy with her decisions; at the end of the day, that is all that matters.
