WHAT DID SHE SAY ABOUT THE SURGERIES

As a teenager who grew up among celebrities, Lattanzi started having psychological problems, including anorexia, in her late teens. This was one of the reasons why she decided to change her appearance.

Before she turned 18, she had already gotten a record deal as she was passionate about writing music and performing. After working on her first album for years and dealing with body-image issues, she ended up self-sabotaging.

The musician said even though she was still a child, she knew she was not well internally and did not know up from down. Lattanzi said:

"How am I going to be a celebrity and be able to handle all the pressures? I wasn't happy, and I didn't know who I was."

Even though she loved the creative side of fame, being famous brought her more pain than joy. Fame also made dealing with her issues much worse because she said most girls in Hollywood were thin and had had plastic surgeries.

In addition, after having dealt with a chubby childhood phase, she decided to restrict food and lose weight. Her popularity grew with the weight loss, and she soon overdid things, and her weight plummetted.

Her struggles delayed the release of her first single as she looked too ill in her press photos. Lattanzi said she did not have a clear sense of herself, so she had her lips plumped up because she thought it would make her more acceptable looking.

From having lip fillers, Lattanzi also had face fillers to add more plumpness to her face. Over the years, she had to take them out because she now likes how she looks naturally.

The musician also cleared the air about the rumors of having done plastic surgery on her face. In an interview on "The Doctors," she revealed that she has never had plastic surgery on her face.

"All those things were a disaster. Not only did the lip implants look ridiculous, the first boob op I had in Australia when I was 18 left me looking [unrecognizable]."

She has fixed the botched surgery and is now in love with her body. Nowadays, she feels beautiful, is confident, and will not hesitate to show off her body.

However, she also addressed the comments about taking off vital body parts to achieve a smaller waist. Lattanzi said:

"I'd never dream of removing a vital part of my anatomy. I wear a waist trainer and work out to stay in shape."

Lattanzi is also excited because her mother supported the changes she made to her appearance since she saw how unhappy her daughter was.

CHLOE LATTANZI IS MOURNING THE DEATH OF HER MOTHER, OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN

On August 8, 2022, Chloe Lattanzi lost her mother and is currently mourning her loss. On August 9, 2022, Lattanzi posted footage of a duet with her mother, Newton-John. In the caption, after calling her mother a life giver and teacher, she wrote:

"You are my lighthouse mama. My safe place. My heart space. It has been my honor and continues to be my honor to be your baby and best friend. You are an angel on earth and everyone touched by you has been blessed."

The musician promised to love her mother forever. The video showed that the mother-daughter duo shared a strong bond as they sang "Window in the Wall," their 2021 single.
