Although Prince Aegon displays unbridled indifference toward the royal duties expected of him in kingdom affairs as the firstborn son, he is still viewed as the rightful heir to King Viserys's throne. Prince Aegon's second name day was celebrated with a glorious hunt in the Kingswood.

Ty Tennant's character, who was bestowed as Aegon The Conquerer, is also a dragon rider and is bonded with the one named Sunfyre. Prince Aegon may be of royalty, but Ty Tennant is a young and handsome man who goes about an ordinary life with an active social media presence.

The "House of the Dragon" star initially went by his mother's maiden name, Ty Moffett, until David Tennant adopted him before marrying Georgia in 2012. Ty's stepfather may have played the Tenth Doctor, but he isn't the only "Doctor Who" alum in Ty's family.
