Jan Ashley, born Janice Lynn Glass, was born on August 3, 1948. Her parents, James Douglas and Monnie M. Glass gave birth to her in Amarillo, Potter County, Texas. She lived in Tulsa and was crowned Miss Tulsa in 1966.

Jan met her first husband, John Ashley, in Tulsa in 1978, and the pair eventually moved to California due to her husband's work in the entertainment industry. She was married to her husband John until the time he died of a heart attack on October 3, 1997. John Ashley was an actor and producer and appeared on numerous television series, such as "The Beverly Hillbillies."

Jan Ashley and Robert Kardashian met and started dating while Robert was renting a house across the street from Jan's. They married on November 25, 1998, just seven months after they first met on Thanksgiving Day. The newlyweds went on to have their honeymoon in Vail. California.

Robert was reportedly anxious for his children to bond with Jan, so he took them on a ski trip with his new wife. Just thirty days after the two tied the knot, Jan asked for an annulment, and neither party revealed the reason for their separation at the time. They officially divorced on December 25, 1998. It was only in 2014 that Jan spoke about the divorce and blamed Robert's kids for the couple's marital problems. She said:

"Did the kids have anything to do with it? Of course, they did!... He was upset all the time... with his kids and his ex-wife... I don't think he could handle them."

Jan further revealed that Robert didn't have the money his ex-wife and kids were asking for but "always pretended he had money." She also said her ex-husband spoke about Kris Jenner's alleged cheating "day in and day out" and that the pain Kris caused still lingered even when Robert was married to her and the two had become friends.

Despite Jan's reported clashes with Robert's kids, Jan seems to have had a better relationship with some of them. She seems to have felt differently about Kim Kardashian and Rob, who she once described as "sweet."

Jan Ashley Claimed That Khloe Is Not Robert Kardashian's Daughter

During an interview in 2012, Jan Ashley revealed that Robert told her that Khloe Kardashian was not his biological daughter after marriage. She explained:

"He said, 'Well, you know that Khloe's not really a Kardashian, don't you?'"

According to reports, Jan wasn't the only one to whom Robert revealed the information about Khloe. Robert's first wife, Kris Jenner, has previously stated that her ex-husband told her the same thing about Khloe.

Jan Ashley lived a very private life, even though her ex-husbands John Ashley and Robert Kardashian were quite famous. Besides her marriage and scandals related to the Kardashian family, almost nothing is publicly known about her. Even her photos are hard to find.

She passed away on October 1, 2015, a few years after her claims about Khloe. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband John and survived by her brother, sister-in-law, and three grandchildren and their spouses.
