Noah Rev Maurer is the firstborn child of actor John Lucas and Jessica Ciencin Henriquez, a New York City-based writer and editor. Lucas is best known for his roles in the film "Sweet Home Alabama" and the "Yellowstone" series.

Noah's Parents Moved to Bali for His Sake
Noah's parents shared the goal of instilling an awareness of and respect for nature in their son. Noah's father revealed to Jimmy Kimmel in a 2019 interview that the family had relocated to Bali, Indonesia, for him. He added:
"The best thing I could do is give my son this extraordinary experience."
The doting dad enrolled Noah in Green School Bali, an environment-centered school that prepares students for the future by integrating their studies with communities that promote sustainability and entrepreneurship.

This school's classrooms are not the typical, enclosed variety; instead, they are located outside in natural settings. Lucas hoped his son would one day achieve something that would positively impact the world.
The same source also added that Henriquez and Lucas reuniting was the family's "smartest move."
The family also lived in lush portions of Bali, where they embraced eco-friendly practices. Noah's mother stated that her son enjoyed living a self-sufficient lifestyle in the Southeast Asian country.

Noah Is a Big Fan of the Seahawks and Shares His Passion with Father
As much as Noah enjoyed his nature trip in Bali, he also enjoyed discussing sports with his father, particularly football. Lucas revealed to the TV host Rich Eisen in April 2022 that his son is a Seattle Seahawks fan.
Lucas recalled how, when Noah was nine, he would listen to a football podcast while driving him to school at six in the morning. While heading to school, his son asked about players in the National Football League.

Furthermore, Noah's father stated that his son loved Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and that Noah would talk about him for hours. The boy is more up-to-date on Wilson's news than Lucas is.
Lucas also mentioned that his charming son had made plans for his future. He stated that his son plans to play professional soccer, retire in his late 20s, become a Seahawks manager, and volunteer for the team.

Noah's Parents Moved in after the Divorce to Spend Time with Him
Noah's parents divorced in 2014 after two years of marriage. Lucas and Henriquez's relationship had been on and off since their divorce, but the 2020 pandemic changed their circumstance.
Despite their split, the former couple moved in together in New York City amid the pandemic in 2020. As per the source, Noah's parents moved in because Henriquez returned to school for her master's degree while Lucas resumed acting.
