Canadian-American actor Brendan Fraser first met his future wife, actress Afton Smith, known for her work on "Fried Green Tomatoes," "Reality Bites," and "George of the Jungle," in 1993.
The couple married in 1998 and welcomed their first son, Griffin Arthur Fraser, in 2002, Holden Fletcher Fraser in 2004, and Leland Francis Fraser in 2006. Sadly, in December 2007, Holden's parents decided to divorce.
What got Holden excited and glued him to the screen was Spongebob Squarepants, so he was probably more supportive of his dad's voice work on animated movies like "The Nut Job."
At that time, Holden was just three years old, and his parents shared custody of their children, so he spent equal time with his mother and father. Brendan is utterly devoted to his three boys.

Holden Fletcher Fraser Always Had a Way with Words Ever since He Was a Kid
Brendan has revealed that all three boys have inherited his acting ability but that Holden, in particular, has a way with words. It was Holden that his father considered the spokesman and quite likely to focus his gift of the gab into politics.
He revealed that when Holden was four-years-old, he saw a flowering tree and exclaimed: "Daddy, it's raining petals!"
Holden's poetic turn of phrase moved the actor deeply and he admitted his heart melted at his young son's words. Holden is the one his dad considers a diplomat, the one who brokers the peace between the brothers.

The "Mummy" actor also confessed that his son isn't the least interested in his father's movies or impressed by his fame. The one film they liked to watch was "George of the Jungle," but they walked out the first time they saw it.
Brendan confessed that he would share clips of a movie he was making with exciting daredevil stunts and fighting monsters, and they would just shrug and laconically tell him it was cool. He really didn't impress his sons.
What got Holden excited and glued him to the screen was Spongebob Squarepants, so he was probably more supportive of his dad's voice work on animated movies like "The Nut Job" and "Escape from Planet Earth." We'll have to see if Holden follows in his dad's footsteps and becomes an actor.

Holden Fletcher Fraser Keeps out of the Spotlight Despite His Dad's Fame
Holden is now a young man, but the most recent photos published of him and his brothers were in 2018 when they went on a vacation to Barbados with their father. The snaps showed the four Fraser men relaxing on the beach and riding an inflatable tube.
In the years since his childhood, Holden's parents have been careful to shield him and his brothers from the possible negative repercussions of their dad's fame.
Whether or not Holden and his siblings choose to court public attention will be up to them because their mom and dad are not active on social media and have never shared any information about their sons.
