On November 20, 2022, actor Bruce Willis' wife of 13 years, Emma Heming, shared family photos to honor her mother, Zorina Heming, on her birthday.

The British-American model posted throwback images of when she celebrated her eighth birthday pictured alongside her mom. One photo showed the mother-and-daughter duo posing in front of the birthday cake, and another displayed Zorina holding her daughter's birthday card.

"Happy birthday, Mom," Emma penned alongside a white heart emoji. The Malta native shared another picture of her husband Willis with his arms wrapped around her mother. Zorina and her son-in-law were photographed wearing warm clothes while outdoors in the snow.

The third image was of Zorina and her two granddaughters, Evelyn and Mabel. The trio posed out on the porch and smiled at the camera.

Willis loves his mother-in-law, who raised his beautiful wife to become the woman she is today. Zorina taught her daughter how to be a strong and devoted family woman. Emma is now courageous enough to care for her sick husband and to raise their brood.

The mom of two was born in June 1978 on a small island called Malta. Emma's mom is of Guyanese descent, while her dad is an English man. The couple divorced when their daughter was young, and Zorina became a single parent.

Emma has nothing but praise for her loving mom, whom she said was her compass and her "rock." She proudly expressed admiration for her:

"My mother has been the ultimate guide in my life – she is the rock that I cherish, respect, and admire."

The actress penned a loving tribute to her parent in November 2018 on Facebook, alongside a black and white photo of the pair all smiles. Emma said she is thankful to have her mom, who has been the biggest cheerleader in her life:
