Another fan thought the celebrity was "Looking well!" It was, however, possible that the change in looks had nothing to do with technology at all and everything to do with what Simon was doing differently in his life.

What Is the Real Reason for Simon's New Appearance?

Since 2019, Simon had lost more than 20 lbs after changing his lifestyle that year when he crashed his electric bike close to his Malibu home. The star was allegedly exercising and having regular sleep patterns.

She allegedly supported him when he broke his back, and the pair had been wonderful as a couple. In the past, the television personality believed he wasn't the time to marry, but that changed when he "realised (sic) he's met the woman of his dreams."

During an April 2022 interview, Lauren allegedly flaunted her massive engagement ring! When asked if Simon bought it from Claire's, she said it wasn't, with the star admitting he wasn't a romantic but had gotten down on one knee to propose.

The television star even claimed he hadn't been nervous! He said he'd felt engaged for a long time, and while the lockdown broke up many relationships, being in the same house with Lauren for more than a year left him thinking they got on well.

Simon confessed he hadn't believed she'd say "no" to his proposal, so he hadn't been nervous. He explained how they'd discussed rings, and he'd had an idea of what she'd like.

The star also revealed he was planning the whole wedding because if he didn't, they'd find themselves hosting 600 people, and things would be out of control, like during his 50th birthday party. Simon said no one knew when the wedding would be and it would be a surprise even for his fiancée.
