Bandit's father, who is the lead singer of the My Chemical Romance rock band, once dedicated a song to her while performing at a concert during the band's reunion. Bandit was on the front line with her friends when her father dedicated his 2006 hit song "Teenagers" to her.

Before playing the song, Bandit's father announced to the audience that the song was meant for his daughter. He said:

"For this next song, I never know who to dedicate it to, but tonight I definitely know. It’s my teenage daughter, Bandit, who is here tonight with all her friends. This one’s for you."

Bandit and her father have a special bond. Her father said that whenever he worked at his home studio, his daughter liked to hang out with him and learn more about the nature of his work. Sometimes, she played video games while watching her dad work.
