Blair, whose original family name is Duckworth, married Spencer after years of friendship. They exchanged vows at a marvelous resort in 2016 in the company of family friends. The couple has since expanded their family to a family of four after the birth of their two children.

Post 21 was derived from a massive fire on May 31, 1921, that destroyed 35 city blocks in Greenwood District, Oklahoma. Some of the damaged areas were known as Black Wall Street due to the game-changing entrepreneurial skills of the residents, hence inspiring the post-May 21 entrepreneurs.
Individually, Blair graduated from the Academy of Art University in 2012, where she majored in advertising. She is doing well in advertising black people's businesses. She has also worked as a Design Intern and sales for Allsaints US. Blair also has an investment in a coffee and kitchen company called Hilltop.
They Were Attending the Same High School but Didn't Start Dating Those Days
Before Blair and Spencer met, her brother played on the same football team as Spencer, so he had heard about her before. During an appearance on Black Love, Spencer recalled how he first met Blair. He first heard about her from people at school talking about her coming to the school. He

"There was build up. I was playing on the same football team as her older brother and that summer everybody was like Alex's little sister is coming, she is cute… So when I saw her I said that's got to be Alex's sister and that's why I remember it because there was anticipation of her coming to the school."
However, despite all the expectations, there was no spark after their encounter, resulting in their being just friends. Their friendship started around 2002 or 2003, and it is on that friendship that they have based their relationship. According to Spencer, that has helped bring stability to their love life.

The wedding occurred on May 28, 2016, at the lavish La Quinta Resort in Santa Rosa, California. They chose that location because they were looking for a beautiful sunset location. Although the total number of guests present at the wedding is not known, the sun-kissed wedding had a large attendance, as seen in the wedding pictures.
The whole wedding was filled with touching moments. One of those
was when the bride walked down the aisle and a rewritten "Real Good Hands" song echoed in the venue. Blair's mother had rewritten the song's lyrics for her daughter's special occasion.
Eleven and half months after their wedding, the couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl. Cairo Alaïa was born on May 15, 2017. Her mother announced her birth on Instagram 15 days after she was born. Their second, a boy this time, followed two years later in 2019. They named him Madden Creux.
