Ron Shared a Dance with His Daughter: She Got Married
When Paige got married in May 2022, her father made the day more special by officiating the wedding ceremony and dancing with his daughter! Ron's other child, Bryce Dallas Howard, uploaded an Instagram post where she shared some wedding details.
Bryce also revealed how she'd served as her sister's bridesmaid for the day before congratulating the happy couple. The "Jurassic World" actress's post had several photos, including one of Paige and her husband sharing their first kiss as a married couple and one of the bride, Ron, and Bryce together.
Bryce noted how the COVID-19 pandemic had to happen for her sister and her husband to marry but noted how the day was perfect because they were celebrating the couple. Speaking to the groom, the actress said she was joyful and thankful to call him her brother.
Paige's sister thanked the make-up and hairstylists who helped the bride get ready and Hera Couture for providing the wedding gown. Lastly, she asked for a round of applause for their father for his work as the officiant!

Ron Gave a Sheltered Life to His Four Children
Ron was a child actor who grew up in the spotlight, appearing on television on "The Andy Griffith Show." Being in the industry allowed him to be a professional when it came to working as a director.
He might be known for working on some of the biggest films, but he took pride in raising his four children with his wife, Cheryl Howard, including Jocelyn and Reed Howard. Paige and Jocelyn were twins welcomed in February 1985.
In Bryce's [Dallas Howard] "Dads," her father [Ron Howard], Jimmy Kimmel, and Will Smith opened up about fatherhood...
The former became an actress too and starred in "Beverly Hills: 90210," and the show executive produced by her father, "Arrested Development." For most of her life, Paige's twin sister stayed out of the limelight and was rarely seen with her family.
Reed, the couple's only son, was featured on "Arrested Development," but was a golfer, a YouTuber, and a parent to a baby girl. Only two of Cheryl and Ron's children pursued Hollywood careers, but the two parents were strict about keeping all four out of the limelight.
When the children were younger, they lived in Connecticut. In 2013, the director confessed he wasn't keen on them getting into the industry because it was particularly tough on women.
Ron moved his family out of Los Angeles to raise them in the east, outside New York City, because they didn't want them exposed to that life. In Bryce's "Dads," her father, Jimmy Kimmel, and Will Smith opened up about fatherhood, with Ron once stating:
"I really feel like I’m doing a man’s work for my family.”
While talking in the documentary, Ron was quite emotional as he noted how children flourished when they knew they were loved, safe, and had good examples set. The Oscar Award-winner felt if parents could create those environments, then they were doing their best.
