A year after meeting at an annual twins festival, Briana and Brittany actualized a childhood dream by marrying identical twin brothers Josh and Jeremy.

It was a long shot, but ever since they were in kindergarten, twins Briana and Brittany had always dreamt of marrying identical twin brothers as they knew no one would understand the strong bond between twins better.

To hopefully find their match, the sisters always attended the Twins Days Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio, where one year, they finally came across a pair of twins that caught their eye. It was a dream come true for Brittany and Briana.

Finding Their Twin Flames

Josh and Jeremy were attending the festival for the very first time when they were spotted by Briana and Brittany on the festival's final day. Speaking about the very first time they met, Briana said:

"I remember vividly the first time Brittany and I saw Josh and Jeremy at the twins festival. I also remember the first time we all spoke the last night of the festival. It's sort of like everything was in slow motion."

They remember hoping that Jeremy and Josh felt the same strong connection they felt when they were speaking, and luckily, the men did! In fact, when they got home from the festival that day, they told their mother they had finally met the women they were going to marry.

Hoping to Marry Twins

According to Brittany and Briana, they had always hoped to marry twins, simply because no one would understand the connection better. They were used to dressing alike, double dating, and considered each other "two halves of a whole" – a concept that only fellow twins would understand.

When they began dating their now-husbands, they discovered that Josh and Jeremy had vowed not to ever get married unless they fell in love with identical twin sisters. This was because of the challenges they faced while dating "singletons," or non-twins.

Josh and Jeremy drove seven hours from Tennessee to visit Briana and Brittany in Virginia, and eventually gave them a joint proposal at Twin Lakes in Virginia. Wearing matching blue dresses and white jackets, Briana and Brittany got the surprise of their lives when Josh and Jeremy both knelt down and proposed.

With their black suits and blue neckties, Josh and Jeremy both knelt down at the same time and asked for their hands in marriage. Briana and Brittany received identical infinity-styled diamond rings which they continue to wear until today.

The Double Fairy Tale Wedding

Their double fairy tale wedding was a dream come true, and something they had a lot of fun planning together. As the sisters had the same taste and wanted the same things, they didn't encounter any problems.

The wedding was facilitated by identical twin ministers in a ceremony themed "Twice Upon a Time." The brides wore matching silk mermaid-shaped wedding gowns and matching veils, while their husbands wore identical black tuxedos.

Throughout the wedding ceremony, the best part of it all for Brittany was how she got to look over right next to her and see her twin sister marrying the man of her dreams, the same time she was marrying her own.

Living their Quarternary Marriage

Since then, the siblings have lived in the same home, a vast Virginia manor, which also doubles as a wedding venue. It is in their gorgeous home that they raise their children, Jett and Jax, in a "quaternary marriage."

Years after their double fairy tale wedding, Brittany and Briana found themselves holding hands one day, in awe of the life they've built together. Their dreams had come true, and they were living their best lives.

After their wedding, they painfully went through miscarriages because of the stress they were under. They had wanted to get pregnant at the same time, but that came with many challenges.

However, weeks after Brittany's miscarriage, she fell pregnant, and just a few months later, Briana was pregnant too, and they welcomed sons Jet and Jax within months of each other. "Right before we found out that I was pregnant with Jax, we saw a double rainbow over Smith Mountain," Briana revealed.

Their Real-Life Fairytale

True enough, they got everything they wished for and more. Instead of identifying their children as cousins, the couple considers them "genetic siblings" with two moms and two dads.

The couples live in a vast estate called the Smith Mountain Manor, which doubles into a gorgeous wedding venue. Their home has vegetable gardens, a pool, and vast lawns where Jett and Jax can run around and play.

Both Josh and Jeremy are in charge of Smith Manor weddings, while Briana and Brittany both work as lawyers in the same law firm. Whenever they're all at home, the couples raise their two children together and spend time with them.

Making Time for their Spouses

Despite being inseparable and doing everything together, the couples wanted to make one thing clear—they also spend time apart. Aside from having separate bedrooms, whenever they need quality time with their spouses, they choose a place at home where they can have their alone time.

Whether it's at the pool, in the gardens, in their home theater, or in the library, the couples make sure to find time to keep their spark alive. When they're done bonding with their spouses, they go back to being together and spending time with their children.

Since first meeting their husbands at the Twins Days Festival, Brittany and Briana admit that their life has come full circle, and now attend the festival with their children.

Living their double fairytale lives has been the best experience for them! The couples have everything they could possibly need – from stable jobs to healthy relationships to gorgeous little children.
