Evan Ross is the youngest of his siblings on his mother Diana Ross' side. Luckily, in his father, Arne Naess, Jr.,'s brood, he can be a big brother.

The breakdown of Evan Ross' siblings goes as follows: he has three half-sisters on his diva mother's side, one full brother, and five half-siblings from his Norwegian shipping magnate father.

Born Evan Olav Naess, like most of his kin, the "Hunger Games: Mockingjay" actor has decided to use his mother's famous last name professionally. Read on for more about his creative and famous siblings.

Rhonda Ross Kendrick

Rhonda Ross Kendrick was raised by Diana and her first husband, Robert Ellis Silberstein, only learning the paternity of her biological father, Motown legend Berry Gordy, when she was thirteen. She is a singer-songwriter, actress, and Personal Power practitioner.

Since September 14, 1997, she has been married to Rodney Kendrick, a musician, with whom she shares a son, Raif-Henok Emmanuel Kendrick, born August 7, 2009. Her son adorably introduced his maternal grandma at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards.

Rhonda starred in the soap opera "Another World" from 1997 to 1999, picking up a Daytime Emmy nomination for the role in 1998. The actress portrayed Maxine in the miniseries "The Temptations" and had various guest roles on TV shows like "Girlfriends" and "Cosby."

The singer released her debut album, "Rhonda Ross Live," in 2002 and "In Case You Didn't Know," in 2016. She wrote "All Is Well" with Diana and Fred White and "Count on Me" off her mom's latest Grammy-nominated album, "Thank you."

The star received six consecutive nominations for lead actress at the Primetime Emmys

While opening for her mother on tour, Rhonda sold T-shirts in the style of the film "Straight Outta Compton's" logo, only it said, "Straight Outta Ross."

Tracee Ellis Ross

The actress was born Tracee Joy Silberstein to Diana and Robert Ellis Silberstein on October 29, 1972. She graduated from Brown University, honing her acting craft at the William Esper Acting Studio.

Tracee starred in "Girlfriends" from 2000 to 2008 and as Dr. Rainbow Johnson on "Black-Ish" for its eight-season run. She also directed episodes on both shows. The Los Angeles native launched PATTERN, a beauty company focused on "curly, coiled, and tight-textured hair."

The star received six consecutive nominations for lead actress at the Primetime Emmys from 2016 for "Black-Ish," and won the Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series - Musical or Comedy in 2017.

Chudney Ross

Chudney Ross is an author, producer, production manager, and bookshop owner with a degree from Georgetown University. She was born Chudney Lane Silberstein on November 4, 1975, to Diana and Robert.

The production manager worked on the 2003 reality show "Fame" and produced the TV program "Mesmerized" in 2004. She served as the talent coordinator on 2002's "Livin' Large."

She has two daughters, Callaway and Everlee, with her husband, Joshua Faulkner. The mom of two published "The Lone Bean," a children's book, in 2012.

Christoffer Næss

Evan's father, Arne, had three children from his first marriage, Christoffer, Katinka, and Leona. The eldest, Christoffer, is based in Oslo, Norway. He styles his last name as "Næss."

He is a producer, director, and editor and studied at The New School in New York City. The director has been at Munin Film since January 2013.

As a producer, he worked on "Is Kabul" in 2014, and he served as an executive producer on "The Red Thread" and "Magnus - en vårdag."

Leona Naess

Singer-songwriter Leona Naess is Evan Ross' half-sister on his father's side. In her youth, she once performed onstage with her then-stepmom, Diana.

While living in the Chelsea Hotel in NYC in the early 2000s, she released three critically acclaimed indie-rock albums, her debut "Comatised" in 2000, "I Tried To Rock You…" two years later, and a self-titled record in 2003.

She toured with one-time fiancé Ryan Adams, David Grey, and Ray LaMontagne. After a seven-year hiatus from music, she returned to performing with sold-out shows at New York's Rockwood Music Hall. She released "Brood X" in 2022. The singer has two children.

Diana and Arne welcomed their firstborn son together, Ross Arne Naess, on October 7, 1987. Evan is close to Ross, his elder brother by one year and the only sibling with whom he shares both parents.

The brothers starred in their mom's music video from 1991, "When You Tell Me That You Love Me." Ross is an actor, producer, and business owner. He produced the horror thriller film "Acid Girls."

The producer is a dad of two sons, Lief and Indigo, with his wife, Kimberly Ryan. The businessman has a stake in The Hideaway in Beverly Hills, Like A Gentleman barbershop and a nightclub, WARWICK. He founded the Untapped music festival along with a few friends, including Lance Bass.

Not All of Evan Ross' Siblings Are in the Public Eye

Katinka Naess, Evan's half-sister on his dad's side, was part of the large wedding party when Ryan and Ross Naess married.

Before he tragically died, the shipping magnate Arne Naess, Jr. had two children, Nicklas Amadeus and Louis Dekke, with his longtime companion Camilla Astrup.

Arne and Diana were married for 15 years, from October 1985 to February 2000. The Norwegian fell to his death while climbing the Groot Drakenstein Mountains in the Cape Winelands of South Africa. The 66-year-old was an experienced mountain climber, having conquered Mount Everest in 1985.

The New York Times only focussed on his second marriage to the singer and their two children in his obituary, later printing a correction with the names of all his children and life partner.
