For 12 years, Don Diamont played the role of Brad Carlton on "Young & Restless (Y&R)." However, while he made women melt in the series, he married Rachel Braun, and they had four sons before divorcing.

After having a long-term role on the show, in 2009, he moved on to "Bold & Beautiful" in the part of Bill Spencer. While starring in the soap opera, his family grew again when his girlfriend, Cindy Ambuehl, welcomed twins.

The family enjoyed a meal together and a game of throwing axes into a target at Ma's House of Axe. Don said his children's teenage years were over, and he was proud of them and excited to see what their 20s held for them.

The star urged the pair to go out and get their lives going and shared his love. According to Anton's private Instagram account, he was a football player while his brother was a basketball player, with their father once stating:

“Being a dad is something I always wanted to be. When I was a kid, I had valued my relationship with my dad, and I lost that pretty young. I wanted that, and I thought it was very important."

Although Don was a fantastic father, he had lost his father and older brother years ago. He confessed how "profoundly hurt" he was when they passed so soon and hadn't seen it coming or how he'd envisioned his life.

Cindy's husband had imagined them meeting her and his children and the opportunity to share life experiences. The former Y&R star still lived with the scars but was blessed to have his biological children, Luca and Alexander, with Braun.

In the post's caption, the actor [Don Diamont] wished a happy first birthday to the child named Remy William.

The actor noted how he'd been "rewarded many times over" as he'd wanted sons. Even after he and Braun separated, Don considered her son, Sasha, and Lauren, as his own because he wanted them to know he wasn't leaving them as well, adding:

"I will always be there for them. I'm here, and I’ll always be here."

What Kind of Father and Husband Is Don?

Don's children grew up under his care in Santa Monica, California. While his fans saw him as a famous and talented acting hunk, his children only knew him as a regular guy who worked and provided for them, with the star confessing:

“I’m just another dad."

Cindy's wife also shared what kind of relationship they had, stating: "My wife and I, we're homebodies." He revealed, "Working in [the] daytime has allowed me to have a very normal, more or less 9-to-5 kind of a life."

The father of seven also believed that he might've achieved success in his profession, but it meant nothing if he didn't have the love and support of his family. He admitted that his family brought him the "greatest joy."

Two photos showed the whole family with the new addition, while the other two were individual ones of Don and Cindy snuggling the grandchild. In the post's caption, the actor wished a happy first birthday to the child named Remy William.
