Madelyn Cline Is a Young Actress Who Started as a Child Model

Cline drew her first breath in Charleston, South Carolina, on December 21, 1997. She grew up in Goose Creek, and at 10, she started traveling to and from New York to do commercial print work and advertisements.

With her parents' full support, she then moved to on-screen commercials. Cline said her parents were on board because the money she earned went toward her college fund. She continued modeling in her teens until the time came for her to leave for college.

Now, at 25, the actress is thriving; she recently attended the premiere of Season 3 of "Outer Banks" in Los Angeles. Still, as the world witnesses the accumulation of her success, it is not without a few naysayers attacking her looks.

Madelyn Cline's Plastic Surgery Seems to Be Just a Rumor

The said supporters shut the rumor down, citing several pictures of Cline as a child that proved she'd always had plump lips and distinctly high cheekbones. It's also unknown if the woman in the pictures is actually Cline, and the "Boy Erased" star has yet to respond.

Moreover, the illusion of higher cheekbones and fuller lips is easily achievable with the right make-up and skill. And Cline is quite knowledgeable about beauty tips and hacks, often sharing her expertise and even her skincare routine.

Cline would awake at 5 a.m. every morning to do rigorous cardio and limited her food intake unhealthily, convinced she had to attain the "ideal" body. The then-adolescent struggled with her self-image but eventually realized she was harming her body.

That's when her mom stepped in, advising her to focus on the parts of her body she favored the most. Gradually, Cline came to appreciate every aspect, including her hips and curves. She once said that her experience with these insecurities helped her deliver an authentic performance of Sarah Cameron.
