The highly anticipated second season of "Sex/Life" was finally released on March 2. The entire season was released in one go, allowing fiending fans to binge on their favorite romantic series. The trailer, released in early February, had fans waiting in high anticipation for all the drama.

The trailer revealed that Billie Connelly from the series gets to know her husband Mike better as things between Brad and Mike have worsened. Adam Demos, who plays Brad, took to Instagram to announce the second season release in true "Sex/Life" style.

As seen above, Demos, shirtless in bed, looked excited for the release of the show's return to the screen. "It's naughty time," he projected in the caption of his post, garnering a response from Sarah Shahi, who plays Billie in the series. "Thirst trap," she said without going any further.

Shahi, now Demos's real-life girlfriend, also announced the show's release via a post on Instagram—Not quite the thirst trap that Demos had in store. Shahi shared photos from the show's set and other candid captures of herself and her boyfriend with a caption expressing appreciation for the role.

All humility aside, the trailer shows viewers who Shahi will strip her morals for in this new season. The Australian is one of many actors from down under with a good impression in a romance show. Ben Lawson is another, and we previously uncovered the details of his love life.

Adam Became a Viral Sensation after the First Season of the Show

Demos shot up the popularity charts after the first season of "Sex/Life." The actor admitted that his family supports his career and that his mother is his biggest fan, although they can not watch the show with their eyes open. His onscreen relationship with Shahi manifested into a real-life romance. On that note, he commented:

"It added to the intrigue of the show and gave people more enthusiasm to watch. I got to know her heart and values. That's what it was for me."

Daily Mail detailed what contributed to the Aussie's stardom, revealing that his entirely stripped appearance in a heated shower scene contributed to the interest around him. Fans were in disbelief when they saw the size of his member, leaving many questioning if it was real—a question that remains unanswered.

With season two already served up, questions about the timeframe between it and the first season are coming up. The show's stars Demos and Shahi, gave their reasons and surprisingly did not say anything COVID-19-related.

Demos said the cause of the delay is merely above his pay grade—a statement that confirms it was more than a casting issue. Meanwhile, Shahi revealed that she believes a lot of effort was put into making a solid storyline in season two.

The show's creator Stacy Rukseyer divulged that the second season is done on a broader scale and that work was put into making women's daring and empowered voices heard. Since the first season's release, fans have seen Shahi star in "Black Adam" with Ata Johnson's son, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
