Baby Lyssa Chapman Documents Her Hiking: 'All the Pretty Girls Hike Like This'

From a Hawaiian hike on the same steps as her late stepmother to a tropical wedding with her partner, Baby Lyssa Chapman has regularly taken to social media to share her love for the outdoors.

On March 5, Baby Lyssa took to Instagram to share a short clip of her hike in Koko Head, Hawaii. As the former bail bondswoman and bounty hunter best known for appearing on "Dog The Bounty Hunter" started at the bottom of the trail stairs, she documented her trek up the mountain before panning the camera to the breathtaking views of the tropical island.

"All the pretty girls hike like this," she captioned the post, a line from the TikTok-viral song "Pretty Girls Walk" by Big Boss Vette that played in the background of the video. In the clip, Baby Lyssa— who received her name so as not to be confused with her mother, "Big" Lyssa Rae Brittain — tagged her late stepmother, Beth Chapman.

And in the comments section of the Instagram post, one of Baby Lyssa's fans revealed that the hike steps were the same ones Beth climbed before her passing. Aside from her hiking adventures, Baby Lyssa also took to Instagram to share pictures from the day she married her partner, Leiana Evensen.

The two women tied the knot in the Pacific Ocean during a Hawaiian ceremony on June 3 2022. Surrounded by the blue water, the two women said "I do" in front of the Ko'olau mountain range and their closest family members. Baby Lyssa shared:

"With our feet in the water, we connected ourselves to the power and vastness of the ocean... we stated our declarations of intent, said our vows and began life together OFFICIALLY as wife and wife."

On the big day, Baby Lyssa and her new wife wore white; however, much like with most things on their wedding day, they kicked tradition to the curb. While Baby Lyssa wore a maxi dress, her bride opted for a white button-down top and shorts. Both women also wore colorful flower crowns on their heads.

Their guest list of seven— which excluded Baby Lyssa's father—included Baby Lyssa's new in-laws and her two children. Her eldest daughter, Abbie Mae Chapman, was born a day after Baby Lyssa turned 15 and was conceived with a man nearly ten years her senior.

Following her daughter's father's arrest, Baby Lyssa, Duane Dog Chapman's nineth child, married Brahman Bo Galanti in 2009. They welcomed their only child, Madalynn Grace Galanti, during their marriage before Baby Lyssa filed for divorce in February 2011.
