Miley Cyrus Says New Album Is Her 'Cinderella Shoe'
Miley Cyrus's "Endless Summer Vacation" album is out now, and the rumor mill is stacked with Liam Hemsworth chatter. The Disney star opens up about a cheating partner on the album, including a chart-topping single projected to break the Billboard record.
Miley Cyrus's album "Endless Summer Vacation" is now available for fans on all Digital Streaming Platforms, an announcement made by the artist herself. The old trend of someone leaking before its release has been haunting highly anticipated music releases for a long time.
The internet was treated to an early project leak a day before Cyrus's highly anticipated eighth studio album's release.
Her album's lead single, "Flowers," is a pop song of pop songs and has been a mainstay on global charts for more than seven weeks.
Cyrus posted a short moody-feel video on her Instagram, speaking about the album and how it is uniquely hers. She announced the release of the album and the backyard session videos that comes with it in the caption of the video, where we hear the singer saying:
"This album feels like it's kind of a concoction of all of the best of those sounds that I've tried out. I've been calling this album the Cinderella shoe because it's just a perfect fit, and it feels like it's only mine, and it could only be mine."
Cyrus hosted an album release party on Thursday last week at the Beverly Hills Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura. Some of the celebrities present to get an early sense of the album were the mother of one, Paris Hilton, and her sister Nicky Hilton, as well as super producer Diplo.
The alleged item of singer Sabrina Carpenter and Camilla Cabello's ex-boyfriend Shawn Mendes was also at the party and were seen leaving together. The album, co-produced by Mike Will Made It, comprises 13 songs that had guests at the release party on their feet.
The album's lead single, "Flowers," has dominated the U.K. singles chart for over eight weeks. Cyrus is a week short of Olivia Rodrigo's nine-week run at number one with her career-making hit "Drivers License."
With her album released on Friday, Cyrus is projected to be on the charts for a bit longer and perhaps surpass Rodrigo's record. As things stand, Cyrus's hit single is ahead of Pinkpantheress's "Boys A Liar" by 1000 units.
Many believe the single is about Cyrus's ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth." The speculation comes from the single being released on Hemsworth's birthday and lyrics such as "I can love me better, baby." The singer and her ex-husband divorced in 2020 after two years of marriage.

Fans and analysts of Cyrus's music have also linked the song "Muddy Feet" from her eighth studio album to her relationship with Hemsworth. The song is about a partner that is worryingly disloyal to the relationship. "You smell like perfume that I didn't purchase," Cyrus sang.
In the song, Cyrus opens up about a manipulative partner, who she has not confirmed to be Hemsworth, but her fans have made up their minds.
