Lemon said he needed to cut himself off from eating fried foods, which included his favorites like catfish, hush puppies, french fries, crab cakes, gumbo, and crawfish bisque.

As for his workout, he said it consisted mainly of plyometrics, cardio bursts and stretching. He used to be intimidated by going to the gym, but he gained confidence after focusing on his routine.
