TJ Holmes' Estranged Wife Remains Quiet on Social Media While Her Photos with Him Are Still Up

Immigration lawyer Marilee Fiebig, the estranged second wife of T.J. Holmes, has not directly addressed the "Good Morning America" infidelity scandal on social media since the tabloid frenzy started at the end of November 2022, only responding via her lawyer.

Marilee Fiebig has only updated Instagram once during the debacle to celebrate her daughter Sabine Holmes' 10th birthday. She sent "love and thanks" to the universe for her "incredible family" that kicked off Sabine's birthday week with a surprise birthday celebration.

T.J. Holmes' "GMA" colleagues, Robin Roberts and Deborah Roberts wished the tween a happy day in the comments. As of the time of publishing, the Wilhelmina exec has not scraped her estranged spouse from her Instagram grid, which in the past she habitably updated with family photos once or twice a month.

USA TODAY reported that T.J. filed a petition for divorce over the holidays on December 28, 2022. The former New York power couple were married for 13 years when they had one child, Sabine Holmes.

At the beginning of January, an Instagram user left a supportive message on a Mother's Day brunch selfie of the exes and their daughter from May 8, 2022, holding up the single mom as an "example of class and decency." Another wrote: "I love this picture of your daughter and you, not the serial cheater husband!"

For T.J. Holmes' birthday in August 2022, the mother of his child wrote that she hoped for a year ahead that filled him with "wishes made true."

A comment made in hindsight during the last week of December pondered how "uninterested" the then-"GMA3" host looked in the photo with his daughter and birthday cake. A second option left that day read in part: "The divorce represents the dying in his own heart."

Marilee Fiebig issued a statement to the Daily Mail through her lawyer, Stephanie Lehman, the publication that broke the scandal, in early January. The head of the family law practice, Phillips Nizer, confirmed that she is working with T.J.'s lawyer to wrap up the divorce expeditiously and amicably.

The lawyer stated they "continue to be disappointed by T.J.'s lack of discretion, respect, and sensitivity" to his former partner and young daughter.
