Justin Bieber's Father Jeremy Bieber Shows Triceps as He Takes 'No Days Off' from Gym

Justin Bieber's father, Jeremy Bieber, is living more positively lately, striking buff poses in the gym and being in his son's life after a rocky introduction to parenting. The pop star's father has been taking no respite and working to maintain his solid physique.

The relatively young musical icon, Justin Bieber, is the son of Jeremy Bieber and Pattie Mallete. The musical star's father has been putting in a shift in the gym lately and shared a couple of selfies to show his progress.

The star's father posed in front of a gym mirror for his Instagram showboat. In the first of his two pictures, we see Jeremy dressed in green joggers, a white T-shirt, and white sneakers. In the second photo, he poses shirtless, flexing his triceps and ink-covered body.

Jeremy wrote in the caption, "No days off Saturdays tiny Tim 😂 triceps for days 👊." Gym selfies from Justin's father are not new, as he often shares his body progress on Instagram.

He did so on February 1, posing shirtless before a mirror with grey sweats, peeping Calvin Klein underpants, and a grey beanie. In the caption, Jeremy spoke about his two-pack belly being the new six-pack. However, his progress can not be ignored.

Although now he is one of the most famous musicians in the world, Justin's childhood did not entail constant good times. His parents were in a tumultuous relationship that ended a few months after Justin's birth. When his mother and father first greeted him, they were 17 and 18, respectively.

According to Justin, his father was not fit to raise a child then. His mother, who suffered at the hands of sexual and drug abuse, raised Justin in a disadvantaged setting. Justin recalled that he would only see his father on the weekends and Wednesdays.

However, recently, Justin has been closer to his father than his mother. When he was arrested in 2014, Jeremy was there to support him, and his mother once confirmed that the negative representation of Jeremy in the media was inaccurate.

Justin is the first of Jeremy's four children. After splitting from Pattie, Jeremy got into a relationship with a woman named Erin Wagner, who he was with for seven years starting in 2007. Together they welcomed two children, Jazmyn Bieber in the year they got together and Jaxon Bieber in 2008.

In 2018, Jeremy welcomed his fourth child, a daughter named Bay Bieber, with his current girlfriend, Chelsey Rebelo. Aside from his biological children, Jeremy is the stepfather of his girlfriend's daughter, Allie Bieber.

The pop star maintains a healthy relationship with all his younger siblings and half-siblings. He recently celebrated his 29th birthday on March 1, but his wife, Hailey Bieber, received backlash from fans after wishing Justin a happy birthday on social media. This comes after Selena Gomez's drama from earlier this year.
