Ingrid Quinn Reportedly Became a Screenwriter - Facts about David Boreanaz's Ex-wife
Famous Television series actor David Boreanaz has been married twice, first to Ingrid Quinn, a former social worker who became a scriptwriter in 1997.
The couple married three years after they had first met. The couple shared an interest in golf and often played together. Unfortunately, their marriage soon fell apart just a year into their union. The couple did not have any children together.
The actor quickly moved on and married Jaime Bergmann in 2001. Although they are still married, the couple went through a difficult period around 2010 when Boreanez was caught in a cheating scandal. It was reported that he had had an extra-marital relationship while his wife was pregnant with their second child.
Ingrid Quinn Was a Skilled Golfer
Very little is known about Quinn's background except that she is a native of Dublin, Ireland. She became interested in golf through her father and became quite good at the sport.
However, Quinn did not get into the sport professionally. Instead, she initially worked as a social worker before a career change saw her become a screenwriter.

Quinn and Boreanaz reportedly became acquainted in 1994 while attending an art gallery opening. This was when Quinn was still a social worker, and Boreanaz had not become famous.
The couple married three years later, in 1997, but their union lasted only a year before signs of trouble in paradise became visible. In January 1998, People reported that the actor had filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
Their divorce was finalized in 1999. The couple did not share any children, but the Boreanez had expressed an interest in having them. In an interview in 1999, he said, "It's a sport (golf) we love and will continue together, at least until we have children. Hopefully, someday soon."

David Boreanaz Cheated On His Second Wife
After Quinn and Boreanaz's divorce, she disappeared from the spotlight, and nothing else was heard about her. However, Boreanaz continued his celebrity life and did not take too long to move on.
Boreanaz's hope for children was later fulfilled when he had kids with his second wife, Bergman. Bergman is a native of Utah, where she was born in Salt Lake City on September 23, 1975. She was a model and small-time actress in the 1990s and appeared in various Playboy productions.
The couple shares two children. Their first was son Jayden Rayne, born at 12:59 a.m. on May 1, 2001, weighing 8lbs. 9 oz. They had their second, Bella Vita Bardot, born on August 31, 2009, weighing 7 lbs. 14 oz.

Initially, the actor and Jaime Bergman planned to wed in September 2001, but their plans were disrupted by the September terrorist attack, which led to a postponement of the occasion. They eventually got married two months later on Thanksgiving Day. The pair exchanged their vows in a very private event.
However, after nine years of matrimony, their marriage went through a difficult time in 2010 when it emerged that Boreanaz had cheated on his wife while she was pregnant with their second child.

Although the identity of the person he had an extra-marital affair with was initially kept a secret, later reports revealed that it was Rachel Uchitel, a woman who had, among other things, made the headlines for being Tiger Woods' mistress.
Boreanaz regretted the news and said the couple was working on repairing their marriage. This was not the first scandal he had encountered. In 1998, the actor was accused of trashing a house he and a friend rented. The accusations saw the pair getting sued for at least $100 000 dollars in damages.
