Robin McGraw took to Instagram recently to share a photo of herself looking incredible. The 69-year-old looked sublime in the picture, wearing a red-and-white striped cropped jersey top, a white undershirt, and a pair of blue jeans.

Robin was born into the Jameson fold in Los Angeles on December 28, 1953. She is a television personality who made a singular acting appearance in "The Bold and the Beautiful" in 2009 starring Jacqueline McInnes Wood, who also stars in "Final Destination 5" with recently arrested David Koechner.

She has been married to actor, writer, producer, and talk show host, Phil McGraw, also known as Dr. Phil, through his famous talk show, "Dr. Phil." Together they welcomed two sons, Jay McGraw, who married Erica Dahm, and Jordan McGraw, who married Morgan Stewart.

Robin also published her book, "Inside My Heart: Choosing to Live with Passion and Purpose" in 2006 and followed it up with a second, "From My Heart to Yours: Life Lessons on Faith, Family, and Friendship," the following year.
