Jordana Brewster Hid Photo of Killer Abs in Photo Dump & Fans React: 'That 2nd Photo'
Jordana Brewster has found the perfect workout routine that has left her in amazing shape and looking fantastic in bikinis. The actress revealed she'd learned much on her fitness journey and proved she has clearly reaped the benefits in a recent picture flaunting her toned abs.
In a four-image Instagram post, Brewster shared a jaw-dropping snap of herself in a black bikini that caught the attention of fans. "That 2nd photo," one user commented, followed by a fire emoticon. Another person shared the same sentiment, as they typed "2nd pic..." followed by three fire emoticons.
The actress also shared photos of herself in a car and of food, but her toned physique stole the show. "For those who might not understand, let me explain more…See more," another fan wrote, and a fourth added, "What a beauty queen."
Brewster's amazing body also made headlines in May 2022 when she was photographed sporting a white and green polka-dotted bikini at a beach in California. The actress was joined by her husband, investment firm CEO Mason Morfit, and their dog Endi, whom she adopted a couple of years ago. In September 2022, the actress displayed her great shape again in a floral swimsuit during another beach outing with her husband in Santa Barbara.
However, Brewster's fitness journey has not always been smooth sailing. She admitted to getting in great shape for big occasions or films and then "slacking off." She also had to stop running due to painful knees and revealed she used to push herself a little too hard.
"I used to work out harder than I had to. I've learned you don't have to go to extremes to maintain a healthy weight. There was one day when I just didn't feel like I could do weight training after my cardio, so I didn't. You do have to know when to stop, or you can hurt yourself," she said.
Now, The "Fast and Furious" actress— who co-starred alongside the late Paul Walker— perfectly balances working out and eating clean. Brewster trains with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak three times a week and does cardio six days a week, with weight resistance in between.
Instead of running, she puts the treadmill at an incline of 12 and climbs for 30 to 40 minutes. Most days, her diet consists of oat pancakes, wraps, and lean meats. But once a week, she lets loose and enjoys a few of her cheat meals. "On my days off, I'm a frozen-yogurt fiend," she shared.
