Michelle Pfeiffer began her acting career in the 1980s and has not aged a day since. The actress shared that her secret to ageless beauty has been that there is no secret, and while she eats well and exercises, Pfeiffer revealed she would never say never to plastic surgery.

On April 8, Pfeiffer took to Instagram to promote a philanthropic project with Warby Parker, where the eyewear brand donated all proceeds from sales to a program that provides "free vision screenings, eye exams, and glasses to school children around the country."

During an interview, Pfeiffer revealed that her secret to beauty was that there was no secret and that it all boiled down to being healthy. She shared that people often look for ways to "cheat" when it comes to their health, but for her, whenever she slacked with her diet or drank too much wine, she would look it.

Instead, Pfeiffer eats well, exercises, gets enough sleep, and is mindful of stress. She also switched to a vegan diet, a much healthier option that helped her avoid aging properties. Although the lifestyle was difficult for her to stick to initially, Pfeiffer shared that she had grown to enjoy being a vegan.

Not only did she avoid a lot of toxins as a vegan, but she also noticed a difference in her skin. And while Michelle Pfeiffer was all for health, the actress humorously revealed that she also cared about her good looks. "The vanity component will always be there," she said.

Regarding plastic surgery, the mother of two admitted that she sometimes thought about going under the knife and other times didn't. "I'm not saying that I won't have plastic surgery at some point. I think that it's harder and harder the older you get to say never, especially in the public eye," Pfeiffer said.

The actress added that while she encouraged people to do what made them feel good about themselves, she drew the line at procedures that went a little overboard and no longer left people looking like themselves.
