Tammy Slaton's Fans Beg Her to Stop Using Filters for Her Photos after Massive Weight Loss
Tammy Slaton recently surprised fans after she shared a series of selfies showcasing her massive weight loss journey. Fans were impressed with the transformation, with some sending her words of encouragement. However, other people had different opinions.
Slaton, of the reality show "1000-lb Sisters," continues to share her weight loss journey on social media after losing significant weight. Her recent Instagram post, in which she shared a series of selfies, attracted many comments from fans, with some complimenting her for the life-changing transformation.
Even though the "1000-lb Sisters" star has received a lot of support and encouragement from her die-hard fans ever since she began documenting her weight loss journey, others still don't understand why she uses filters on her photos on social media when she is beautiful.
"Girl, you don't need filters!! You’re looking great," one fan wrote. Another commented: "Enough with the filters, Tammy! I'm sure your fans would love to see the real you and how you’re doing." Another fan stated he didn't understand why Slaton was ashamed to show her real self and was using cartoon filters, despite working so hard to get where she was.
Tammy Slaton first revealed her weight loss transformation in March 2023 after sharing a series of photos on her Instagram page. She shared nice pictures without a caption, letting the snaps speak for themselves.
Her fans quickly jumped on the comment sections to express their excitement and send their congratulatory messages to Slaton for the massive weight loss progress. "You look great, girl," one fan said.
Another one added: "I'm so proud of you." Someone else wrote that she was proud of Slaton and looked forward to watching her transform into who she was meant to be.
When Tammy Slaton first got booked into the weight loss facility, she weighed 717 lbs, and during an interview, she revealed that it was the most she had ever weighed. For Dr. Eric Smith to approve Slaton's weight loss surgery, he told her she needed to get her weight down to 550 lbs.
Through her hard work and dedication, Slaton, who once almost gave up on life because of her weight, was able to hit 534.7 lbs; however, it is still unclear if she underwent bariatric surgery.
