Maksim Chmerkovskiy & Pregnant Peta Murgatroyd 'Bring So Much Joy' Dancing Together on Camera

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd proved they could leave viewers blown away on the dancefloor and in their home after sharing a video of themselves dancing in their living room. Murgatroyd is heavily pregnant in the video, which surprised the couple who had a difficult journey to conceiving.

In a recent Instagram post, Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd were a picture of wholesomeness as they enjoyed dancing in their living room on a Sunday afternoon. "A lil Living Room Lovin never hurt nobody. Happy Saturday, Everyone (sic)!" they captioned the joint post, which received over 60,000 likes at the time of writing.

"So adorable! Every husband should adore his wife like this!" one fan wrote in the comments section, and another shared, "You both bring so much joy, love, and happiness through your dance. Thank you!" "You guys are the cutest," another social media user added, and a fourth typed, "I love watching you two dance together. So much love in every movement."

After a few twirls and spins, the video ended with Chmerkovskiy planting a kiss on Murgatroyd's growing belly. The one half of the iconic "Dancing With the Stars" duo is pregnant with the couple's second child and announced the news in January after making it to her second trimester.

"It's been completely different from my past pregnancy. It wasn't like I jumped for joy, and I shouted from the rooftops, 'Oh my God, I'm pregnant. Yay!' It was more like a, 'Okay, well, let's see what happens because I've been through this four other times, and it hasn't worked.' So I was very skeptical. I didn't even tell Maks for a while," Murgatroyd said.

The couple suffered multiple miscarriages before their second pregnancy, which Murgatroyd said happened naturally. Murgatroyd was far along in her pregnancy when she realized she was carrying. And although she recalled feeling ill and bloated, she pushed through while filming "Dancing with the Stars" as she did not want to take a pregnancy test.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are parents of a son, Shai, who celebrated his sixth birthday in January. His famous mom took to Instagram to celebrate the milestone and revealed during an interview that it was difficult to explain the miscarriages to him whenever he would ask for a sibling.

"Very emotional because I didn't know what to tell him anymore. I told him the first two times, but I kept it vague. I didn't make it into this whole 'Oh my God, we're having a baby' thing. I just said, 'Be careful with Mummy's belly. She has a baby in there,'" she said.
