Does PinkPantheress Have a Boyfriend? She Kissed Lil Nas X but Has Not Commented on It

Whether PinkPantheress has a boyfriend is currently unknown, but there have been rumors surrounding her romantic life after a recent photo of her kissing Lil Nas X surfaced. Despite the speculation, she has not made any public comments about the kiss.

PinkPantheress is an English-born musician and producer based in London. She was born in 2001 and began producing instrumentals and writing songs in secondary school.

As a teenager, she sang in a cover band, but at the end of 2020, she began sharing snippets of her songs on social media as she had recorded her vocals while at the university. Her tracks began to go viral in the early part of the following year.

PinkPantheress has since collaborated with several artists, including Lil Uzi Vert, Mura Masa, Willow Smith, Shygirl, Sam Gellaitry, Skrillex, Trippie Redd, and more.

She is signed to Parlophone and Elektra Records and once revealed that K-pop, Paramore, and Imogen Heap were some of the people and places she drew inspiration from.

PinkPantheress Has Never Been in a Public Relationship

PinkPantheress began gaining popularity relatively recently, so the public knows nothing about her partners. Even though she has an Instagram account, she made her first post in March 2021 and has only eight entries at the time of this publication, the most recent being in February 2023.

Her last post was to promote the George and Frederick Buford-directed video of her "Boy's a Liar Pt. 2" song in which she collaborated with American rapper Ice Spice. As she does not post much on her social media, she may want to keep her private life out of the spotlight.

Lil Nas X and PinkPantheress Recently Shared a Kiss

In April 2023, a picture of Lil Nas X kissing PinkPantheress while holding her hands appeared on the internet, and fans have gone wild with different theories. Hours after the photo hit social media, he responded to the image. He wrote:

"She had food on her lip! I was getting it off!"

His comment, which at the time of this publication, had garnered over 130,000 reactions in terms of retweets, quotes, likes, and bookmarks, caused a lot of buzz on the internet as people have made homophobic comments, joked about it, commented with memes, with some showing their support.

Some fans and followers have dropped funny reactions to his comment. One fan wrote that he understands and would have switched teams too. Another commented:

"The gayest thing ever is kissing the girls as a gay- I've done it."

Another fan wanted Lil Nas X to come to their aid as they also have food on their lip. However, the musician did not respond to individual comments on his Twitter account.

Even though Lil Nas X's sexuality has been questioned due to the photo released, he is openly gay and has often declared his orientation publicly. In 2020, he said:

"My family know I'm gay now. But it's not something that's ever brought up or we speak about. We're quiet on it."

However, fans are reacting differently to his being gay, as some have posted screenshots of him tweeting about bisexuality. One fan revealed he never believed the artist was gay, and another wrote, "And people told me I was crazy for saying he faking his sexuality. [sic]"

Another fan tweeted that the artist should have come out as being bisexual, not gay. The fan believes Lil Nas X is finally tired of exploiting the gay community.

Before the kiss photo, other pictures of Lil Nas X and PinkPantheress had floated on Twitter. One taken from his Instagram Story showed the duo with their back against each other. Another image shared on Twitter showed them taking a mirror selfie.

She posed with him and Omar Apollo in another photo at his birthday party. Despite the pictures making the rounds, the couple has not publicly commented on their relationship.
