Willow Smith was the youngest artist to be signed to Jay-Z's record label Roc Nation and starred in multiple Hollywood films. But being part of a modern Hollywood dynasty meant her thoughts on polygamy drew a lot of interest.

When you are as outspoken as Willow Smith, it helps to co-host a popular show with your superstar mother and Grammy. The singer has been vocal about her polyamorous lifestyle on "Red Table Talk" and recently hit the streets of New York with boyfriend, De'Wayne Jackson.

The youngest daughter of Hollywood power couple Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith believes polygamy is about creating the kind of relationship one needs. The singer roped in her boyfriend for an unlikely cameo in a music video.

Who Is Willow Smith Dating Now?

Willow has been linked to the opening act on her "Life" tour, 26-year-old De'Wayne, since the pair were seen cuddling in Miami in December 2021, according to HollywoodLife. On the tour announcement, De'Wayne said that he was "forever grateful" to the singer for the opportunity.

Like his famous girlfriend, the musician has various musical influences. De'Wayne spoke to Atwood Magazine about the message of his debut album "Stains" in 2021:

"It introduces me as a raw artist who isn't afraid to make pop songs with an actual feeling behind them. I said everything I wanted to say on here, I feel people will understand me after this, and that makes me happy 'cause I told my story."

De'Wayne Dating a "Legend"

In the lead-up to her second SNL performance of 2022, the paparazzi followed the rocking duo as they walked the streets of New York City. The pair donned coordinated head-to-toe denim looks before heading to the NBC studios.

Willow has yet to collaborate with De'Wayne musically, but he has a cameo in the "UR A STRANGER" video. He plays a bartender who kicks the rocker out of the bar as she mourns the end of her relationship with her lover, played by Paris Jackson.

He calls his girlfriend a "legend" on Instagram, congratulating her on "dropping a [expletive] fantastic album." At the end of their first tour together, he said the "energy was unmatched" and shared a carousel of images, beginning with a snap of them together.

Willow Smith Opens up about Polyamorous Lifestyle

Willow spoke openly about polyamory on "Red Table Talk" with her mother and grandmother. She expressed her love for men and women and imagined practicing polyfidelity, where three or more people are in an exclusive relationship. She expanded on her ideal situation:

"I feel like if I were to find two people of the different genders that I really connected with, and if we had the sexual and emotional connection, I don’t feel like that I would have the need to try to find more."

After much research, the singer has come to see polyamory as part of the evolution of human relations. Jada admitted that the idea of Williow in a throuple made her stomach turn, but she supported her daughter in anything that made her happy.

Scandalous Photo of Willow Smith and Moisés Arias

In 2014 Moisés Arias, then 20, briefly posted a photo of himself topless with a 13-year-old Willow in bed before deleting it from Instagram. According to HITC, the "Hanna Montana" actor was part of the Smith children's friend group along with Justin Bieber and Jenner sisters.

The musicians sparked romance rumors when spotted on a movie date in Calabasas.

E! News gave context to the image with information about other images the actor posted on Tumbler of his friends, notably one of Jaden chilling on what looks like the same bed. Jada shut down the backlash by insisting to TMZ that there was nothing sexual about the photo.

Dating Rumors with Collaborator Tyler Cole

Willow met musician Tyler Cole through her brother Jaden somewhere around 2017 and 2018. They have collaborated on multiple creative projects. Cole produced Willow's eponymous, and she has a co-producing credit on his single "Afraid."

As "The Anxiety," the duo released a 10-track album. A performance art piece related to "The Anxiety" project saw the team in a glass box for 24 hours at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.

The musicians sparked romance rumors when spotted on a movie date in Calabasas. The singer did not mention her current relationship status in the "Red Table Talk" discussion on polygamy.

A Halloween Baby in Hollywood

Though Willow's name is a feminization of Will Smith's name, the singer takes her rocker mother's lead in her career. She spoke to Daily Mail about "Coping Mechanism," her newest rock offering:

'I always love doing things on my terms and in my way, and I knew that [exploring rock music] was just gonna be an extension of that. […] I think that my fans can feel that this is a part of me. I feel like they just feel my love and my respect for the craft.'

She was born Willow Camille Reign Smith on Halloween 2000 in Los Angeles, California. Her spooky birthday is just one explanation for her current leather-clad look. She is quoted as saying that music informs her style choices.

As a child star, she starred opposite her father in I Am Legend in 2007 and had a voice role in Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa in 2008. She was Countee in 2008's Kit Kittredge: An American Girl.
