Lacey Rose Gorden is the second and last-born child of legendary soap opera actress Jacklyn Zeman. The thirty-year-old did not follow in her mother's footsteps but has established a fantastic career for herself.

Zeman was born in Inglewood, New Jersey, on March 6, 1953. She started training as a ballerina at five and entered the New Jersey Dance Company at 15. Zeman then got a scholarship to study dance at New York University, where her ambitions led her to try acting, in which she eventually excelled.
