Born in September 2002, Elliott is the eldest daughter of George Stephanopoulos and his wife, Ali Wentworth. She was named after her great-grandmother, honoring a line of strong and formidable women.

Growing up, Elliott saw her parents working hard while leading by example as good citizens. For her 16th birthday, Elliott launched a charity website, Village Health Works, which aims to provide health care to thousands of people.

As someone with scoliosis, Elliott knows the importance of having good health and receiving proper care and treatment for illnesses and conditions.

Wanting to expand her knowledge in entertainment, Elliott became a producer at Brown University Motion Pictures in 2023.

Her dad was proud of her philanthropic efforts and supported the young girl's charity by encouraging his Twitter followers to visit the website. He also previously posted about Elliott's scoliosis for National Scoliosis Month, sharing photos of her wearing her brace.

Besides her kind heart, Elliott's parents are proud of her academic achievements. In 2021, Wentworth proudly posted about her daughter's high school graduation from The Spence School on Instagram. She wrote:

"My eldest daughter graduated from high school. Biggest triumph is [that] I made a human smarter, more empathetic, more enlightened, more insightful, and not to mention, more beautiful inside and out."

Later that year, Elliott left her home to attend college at Brown University. While completing her degree in Political Science, Elliott joined several activities and societies in her school.

Elliott is a proud member of Fashion@Brown, one of Brown University's most prominent student organizations, focusing on fashion-related platforms.

Since September 2021, she has been serving as the Industry Programming Coordinator. One of her accomplishments under the organization is moderating a Fashion Week virtual visit from fashion icon and model Brooke Shields.

In January 2022, she joined an online publication, The Optic Magazine, by Brown's undergraduate students. She held the positions of communications director and executive writer. A month later, she became the marketing and research lead for the university's award-winning startup app, Cinemates.

Wanting to expand her knowledge in entertainment, Elliott became a producer at Brown University Motion Pictures in 2023. While her college life is helping her find her footing in the industry, she had already gained experience before entering the university.

In 2020, she worked as a freelance executive news editor at The Iris News in New York City. The following year, she interned at HBO Max, as a wardrobe production assistant, and at Matador Content, as a production intern. She also freelanced as a production assistant from June 2021 to July 2022.

With all she has achieved at such a young age, Elliott couldn't make her parents any more proud. Fortunately, she was raised by a strong couple, who were engaged two weeks after their first meeting.

George Stephanopoulos, known as a former Democratic advisor and television host, and his wife raised Elliott and their other daughter, Harper, in a $6.5 million home in New York City. With Elliott studying far away, they are spending as much time with their younger girl before she heads to college.
