Kathie Lee prefers living in her second purchase, a $3.7 million two-story house, and she has given fans numerous glances inside the luxurious abode. Kathie Lee shared that she adores the culture in Nashville. She noted that Nashville is a friendly place where people look out for others and enjoy being together. There's music playing constantly, and the residents all love a good barbecue. Kathie Lee explained that Nashville reminded her of America when she was a child.
Nonetheless, Kathie Lee's new home is certainly nothing to scoff at. Besides the ample bedroom space and numerous bathrooms, the house features a lovely kitchen with granite countertops and wooden cabinets. The living room is lined with wood and features a cozy fireplace, while her study also has an impressive hearth.
The house also features a spacious dining room and ample outdoor space for Kathie Lee's growing family to enjoy. The TV personality loves relaxing at the glass table on her patio, lounging in the Nashville sun with her dog and a glass of wine. The house's large windows also ensure that she can lounge in the sunshine almost anywhere in her home.

With so many memories, the TV host decided to keep it in the family, insisting that her son, Cody, move into the house with his growing family. And Cody is going to need the space, having recently announced their second baby is on the way.
