At the young age of 15, Jennie Garth was discovered by a talent scout and was encouraged to pursue an acting career. During her junior year of high school, she dropped out and moved to Los Angeles with her mom so she could become an actress.

It was in Los Angeles that she eventually got her high school diploma. While studying, she took acting classes and auditioned almost every day.

Just four months after moving to LA, she landed a role on "A Brand New Life." Soon after, she was given the role of Kelly Taylor on the hit series "Beverly Hills, 90210."

During her decade-long stint on the series, she was married to Daniel Clark from April 1994 to 1996. In January 2001, she married Peter Facinelli, the father of her three children.

They share three daughters, Luca Bella, Lola Ray, and Fiona, whom they co-parented after they divorced in June 2013. Two years later, Garth married Dave Abrams, who proved to be the love of her life.

Garth and Abrams first met on a blind date. Things went well on the said date, and they were engaged and married just a couple of months later. After getting married in 2015, Abrams had nothing but praise for his new wife. He once gushed:

"She was drop-dead gorgeous. When I saw Jennie in her dress, nothing else mattered. I just lost it."

They got married in Garth's six-acre property in Los Olivos, California, surrounded by the people they love. They were delighted to be together on a new chapter, one that heavily involved Garth's three kids.

Abrams stepped into his new role as stepdad quite quickly. While there was a lot of adjusting during the first few months, Garth's children grew close to her new spouse in their own ways.

Their Marriage Took A Lot of Work

While everything went smoothly for the couple in the first couple of months, things started to unravel two years into their marriage. They realized they had rushed their relationship despite having to sort things out as individuals first.

When their problems started to surface, Abrams was the one who had difficulty adjusting. The couple decided to separate, and Garth harshly discovered that her husband had filed for divorce from TMZ.

At first, Garth made it a laughing matter and incorporated it into a show she was then working on. "Why not use the things that hurt us most and then take the power out of them and make them funny," she said at the time. However, in reality, it wasn't a laughing matter. The idea of getting a third divorce devastated her.

Ultimately, after some time off, they came back and shared their individual growth with one another. It was their ability to reconnect and reintroduce themselves to one another that saved their marriage.

Abrams Embraced His Role as Dad and Husband

After separating for ten months, the couple met up and spoke about what they wanted for their relationship. At the end of it all, Abrams revoked his divorce petition, and they continued their marriage.

Garth is the first to admit that their marriage takes a lot of work. However, it's their determination to be together that keeps them from going back to their harmful old ways.

Now, Garth is glad to see them so far from where they used to be. "Dave keeps me young and fun," she once said. "He makes me laugh, and that is the most important thing!"

Through the years, the lovely couple has traveled, embraced parenting, and gone on several adventures together. They often share their experiences on social media for their fans to see.

They enjoy going on trips using an RV, even if it means Abrams doing the dirty work of "dumping" it once in a while. Garth and Abrams also like playing golf together and flying around the world when given the chance.

In celebration of their special milestone as a married couple, Garth and Abrams flew on a romantic trip to Europe.

On each Father's Day, Garth makes sure to give a shoutout to her husband for his wonderful role as a stepfather. "Thank you for alllllll you do to take care of them, for your seemingly ENDless patience and for constantly making us all laugh," she once wrote.

Abrams makes sure to shower his wife and stepdaughters with love and appreciation every day. He cooks them homemade meals, takes care of all the fixing, and is the designated driver when they go on their family adventures.

The "Beverly Hills, 90210" star and her lovely spouse make a conscious effort for their relationship to thrive. They constantly go on date nights and spend as much time together as they can.
