Danny Brown's Girlfriend: The Rapper Is in a Long-Term Relationship

Danny Brown and his girlfriend have been going strong for years despite the ups and downs that came with their relationship. However, during an interview, the rapper revealed that he was turning a new leaf and no longer entertaining other women.

Danny Brown has made a name for himself as a rapper who has collaborated with other big names in the music industry. Away from the music, he is also a father and has been with his current girlfriend for about five years.

The rapper has discussed his present and past long-term relationships during his YouTube show, sharing that he had a ten-year romance with his high school sweetheart and another decade-long relationship with a different woman.

Danny Brown Lost His Virginity to His High School Girlfriend When He Was 13

When Brown was 13, he had a "little girlfriend" and recalled how the young couple would plan when they would be intimate together. Eventually, the perfect time arrived during his older sister's sleepover, and the rapper said:

"We did our little thing. And as a teenage boy, your loins are on fire. You just can't wait."

However, upon reflecting on the experience, he realized that it didn't meet his expectations, and being young, they were clueless about what was happening. Additionally, the act didn't necessarily give him confidence later in life.

Danny Brown on His Long-Term Relationships with His past Girlfriends

During his YouTube show, Brown revealed that his first relationship with his high school sweetheart had lasted ten years. And once that ended, the rapper found love again with another woman, which lasted a decade.

The rapper also recalled being in his 20s, trying to make it as a musician, and living with his then-girlfriend. "It wasn't going too good, I guess," Brown said.

According to Brown, his partner is very strict.

However, his impressive career — which has seen Brown work with ASAP Rocky and Kendrick Lamar — eventually took off, and in 2012, he was in a relationship with tattoo artist Leila D'Amato.

In 2014, the rapper revealed that his then-girlfriend would watch over his cat while he was on the road. "[...] She see me packing to leave, she like, she already know what it is. Like, 'You about to leave already? (sic)'" Brown said about his furry pet.

Danny Brown's Current Girlfriend Is His 'Guardian Angel'

Brown has been with his current girlfriend since around 2019. "My girl, she's teaching jiu-Jitsu classes and stuff," he said. According to Brown, his partner is very strict, which he believes has been the secret to their relationship, as the rapper admitted that he couldn't be with women who allowed him to do whatever he wanted. He said:

"At the end of the day... I'm honored that the girl's still with me. [...] That's how you know it's real, true love, man. [...] My girl sticking it out with me."

Brown humorously added that his partner monitored his social media usage and made him unfollow all the women he followed on social media following his 2023 resolution to stop entertaining women online.

And although it used to lead to tiffs earlier in their relationship, Brown admitted that his girlfriend was trying to get the "toxic" people out of his life and called her his "guardian angel."
