Melissa Benoist's sister, Kristina Benoist, is beautiful and creative but did not pursue a similar career path as an actress. Instead, she chose a fulfilling and exciting role that still challenges her creativity.
Kristina Benoist may be known as Melissa Benoist's sister to many, but she is a star in her own right. She pursued different paths after graduating from Westminster College. At school, she graduated with degrees in environmental studies and anthropology.

Kristina Benoist Works for a Mental Health Advocating Organization
Kristina graduated in 2016, and that same year, she worked at Elizabeth Academy Inclusive Montessori School in Salt Lake City, Utah, as an Executive Assistant for ten months. Two years later, she joined The Leonardo as a STEAM Education Specialist for one year.
In 2019, she became a Manager for The IDONTMIND organization, moved up to Associate Director in one month, and serves as a content coordinator. According to the State of New Jersey's official website, the program:
"is a mental health campaign with a mission to inspire open conversations about mental health and to provide resources, education, and encouragement."
As a representative of the IDONTMIND program, Kristina spoke at the 2022 National Governor's Association in Utah. She has also written articles for the non-profit, tackling topics such as mental health definition, anxiety attacks, and Chris Wood, founder of IDONTMIND.
Kristina Benoist Is an Award-Winning Bartender
Besides her work as a mental health advocate, Kristina is also an award-winning bartender at Copper Kitchen in Holladay, Utah. She was named one of Utah's Best Bartenders in 2017 and shared the milestone on Instagram.
She is also an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys camping, hiking, and rock climbing in different locations.
Kristina also shares much about her work and personal life on social media. As noticed from her posts, she enjoys traveling. She has been to Venice and the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy, the Monument Valley in Arizona, the Waimea Canyon in Hawaii, and the castles in Spain.
While in Arizona, she spent a week running around the Navajo reservation, learning some fantastic stories. She is also an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys camping, hiking, and rock climbing in different locations.
Kristina Benoist Has a Close Relationship with Her Family
When not sharing snippets of her career and personal hobbies, Melissa Benoist's sister posts about her family, with whom she shares an incredible bond. Besides Melissa, Kristina's parents had another child, Jessica Benoist, author of "The Devil's Triangle," "Lost Souls," and "Hell's Kitchen."
Jessica has a family and is raising her two sons in Kansas, Missouri. Because they live apart, the three sisters sometimes can't help but miss each other. Kristina has posted about her sisters several times. She previously paid tribute to Jessica on her birthday and wrote:
