Similarly, in 2020, Ben shared some details about his perspective on their divorce. In addition to being remorseful and citing how his excessive drinking created issues within their marriage, Ben candidly addressed his faults and feelings of self-loathing and low self-esteem. Of his divorce, Ben admitted:

"The biggest regret of my life is this divorce..."

Despite not being together anymore, Ben and Jennifer remain great friends who are focused on and committed to being loving and devoted co-parents to Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. As friends, they also stay in the loop with what's happening with each other, like when Ben attended a premiere for a new film a year after their divorce and gave an update on his ex-wife.

While filling the reporter in on Jennifer's latest outreach work, he also mentioned that he was impressed by everything she did. He also praised her parenting skills and spoke about them doing their best to co-parent their children.

In another past interview, while discussing fatherhood and retelling an adorable family Halloween story, Ben mentioned Jennifer again. He commended her for being a doting and loving mom and called himself lucky to have a fantastic co-parent like her.

Once people saw the photos of the ex-couple, many jumped to conclusions about what this meant for their relationship status. Some believe the couple has reunited:

"I think they are together. Ben and Jlo are separated!"

In addition to some believing that the ex-couple has rekindled their romance, others were just happy to see the love still there between them. One person gushed:

"I love that they still have love for each other. As it should be."

While some cited that Jennifer and Ben are getting back together, others asserted that the link-up simply showed that the two are making good on their promise to being the best co-parents they can be. Some thought their recent outing meant the exes might be working on a film together.
