The mother of three has been open about undergoing tweaks to attain her ideal body. Recently, she opened up about her weight loss journey, revealing how she did it. Speaking on "The Osbourne Podcast," Sharon admitted to using a drug and going days without food.
The TV personality was discussing with guest star Jason Kennedy and her kids, Kelly, 38, and Jack, 37, how the world could quickly become chaotic if people stopped taking nine meals in a row for three days.
During the discussion, Sharon said she doesn't eat for "at least three days" a week, a strategy Kennedy explained to be "intermittent fasting." It involves eating only within a certain time window and going without food the rest of the time.

The grandma of five had another health scare in 2022.
The former "X Factor" judge has previously admitted to losing 42 pounds in a bid to achieve a new figure, with the help of Ozempic, a controversial weight-loss drug.
On September 27, 2023, she was seen looking thinner than usual on an outing with her daughter Aimee, 40, in Mayfair, London. The 70-year-old's face showcased her visible weight loss on this outing.
The media personality confessed to Talk TV's Piers Morgan that she didn't actually want to be this thin. The TV host said she had to stop using the drug, which caused her to lose weight over a course of four months. Sharon also confessed that the drug wasn't a quick fix as it caused her to feel nauseous every day.

Sharon's Battle with Cancer and Grandma Life
Sharon's desire to be healthy and fit comes after her past battle with cancer. At the age of 49, Sharon was diagnosed with stage three colon cancer and underwent surgery to remove a foot of her large intestine and some surrounding lymph nodes.
Eventually, Sharon had to undergo chemotherapy. Despite the intricacies of dealing with such a draining illness, her family, especially her husband, Ozzy, supported her through it all. Her chemotherapy lasted three months, and she was finally declared cancer-free.
Even so, Sharon's worry about cancer didn't end there. In 2012, the TV host revealed that she underwent a preventative mastectomy after doctors told her she had a genetic mutation that put her at risk of getting breast cancer. Sharon knew that she had cancer before, so she chose to have her breasts removed so that she wouldn't live under the fear of having breast cancer.
The grandma of five had another health scare in 2022. She was rushed to the hospital after she had a medical emergency but was then released to recuperate at home. Sharon hasn't revealed to date what the medical emergency was, but a close source said the incident was "non-life threatening."
Today, apart from her wealth loss journey, Sharon revels in being a grandmother. She once shared a sweet snap on Instagram where she posed alongside her five grandkids, Pearl, Andy Rose, Minnie, Maple Artemis, and Sidney. Sharon is a proud grandma who always dotes and celebrates her grandkids on social media.
