Krista Neumann Is Now a Director & Actress – What We Know about Her
Krista Neumann was actor Scott Bakula's first wife he married in the early 1980s. The pair separated in the mid-1990s after their relationship strained, and Krista later joined theater as an actress and director.
Krista Neumann and Scott Bakula are said to have tied the knot sometime in 1981. Although the former couple made many public appearances throughout their marriage, they kept their relationship private.
They welcomed two children, a daughter and a son, Chelsy and Cody Bakula. Sadly, they separated several years later, ending their marriage in 1995. It's unknown if Krista moved on to someone new, but she has made a name for herself on and off stage.

Scott Bakula on His Marriage to Krista Neumann
Scott spoke about his and Krista's relationship many years after their divorce. He famously starred in the 1990s adventure series "Quantum Leap." The show ran for five seasons and was a resounding success, but as its protagonist, Scott's role was demanding.
It strained his marriage as he was hardly home for his wife and daughter. Scott said he regretted missing Chelsy's formative years, and the divorce forced him to rethink his priorities. He later found love with actress Chelsea Field, and the lovebirds married in 2009.
Scott and Chelsea had been together for 15 years before tying the knot. From 2017 onwards, the couple played onscreen lovers in "NCIS: New Orleans," alongside CCH Pounder and Lucas Black.

Krista Neumann and Scott Bakula's Daughter Also Dabbled in Acting
Chelsy Bakula, now Chelsy Gray, had a minor uncredited role in "Quantum Leap" as Girl in Diner in a 1993 episode. It's her only documented onscreen credit; however, as of this writing, it's unknown what career path she chose.
Chelsy currently lives in Los Angeles and has been married to Robert Gray since 2012. She also maintains a loving relationship with her parents, as she once shared a throwback photo of her mom and dad when Krista was still pregnant. "From the vaults," she captioned.
