Priscilla Presley Called ‘Greedy Granny’ as She’s Seen with Her Brood at Dinner: ‘Grandchildren Will Be Paying the Bill'

Veteran actress Priscilla Presley stepped out with her grandchildren for dinner following a family legal dispute settlement. Some fans recalled that she went head-to-head with one of her grandkids in court.

The family matriarch is the late Elvis Presley's ex-wife, with whom she welcomed their only child, daughter Lisa Marie Presley, who also died. With Elvis and Lisa gone, Priscilla is left with her grandkids and a son from a previous relationship.

She reportedly enjoyed a sushi night out with all her granddaughters – Riley Keough and twins Finley and Harper Lockwood on October 11, 2023, at Nobu in Malibu.

The businesswoman was pictured wearing a black bomber jacket, matching black pants, and a polka-dot top. She also carried a designer handbag while leaving the restaurant.

As for her eldest grandchild, Riley, a rising star whose parents are Lisa and Danny Keough, opted for a casual look in a long black robe coat with sandals. Meanwhile, the twins aged 14, whom Lisa welcomed with Michael Lockwood, wore dresses. Finely donned an olive green dress with high heels and a navy jacket while Harper rocked a floral mini dress with Adidas sneakers.

Fans reacted to the family outing on the Daily Mail's Facebook post, which showed Priscilla exiting the famed establishment. They called her names for spending time with her grandkids.

"How [can] she even face them after what she did to them?????" asked one online user. Another commented, "Yeah, the grandchildren will be paying the bill."

While one Facebook user also claimed, "I bet she let them pay." "Why not, they're paying for it!!" exclaimed another individual. "[…] Horrible mother/grandmother. That's why Lisa didn't leave her anything that her beautiful father left her," said one person.

"You're so right. Living off her ex and taking money from her grandchildren," someone else concurred. "Greedy granny...past, present, and future. Always looking to make a buck off the Presley name," added another.

One individual claimed, "Pri doesn't actually care for her grandchildren, she's out to get what she can get." Someone stated, "She took 1 million plus legal fees from her own granddaughter...what a lowlife."

Although some people were unhappy with Priscilla's quality time with her grandkids, others gave her props for seeing her loved ones.

The Family Feud That Ended in Court

The backlash of Priscilla going out with her grandchildren comes after she challenged her late daughter's will only two weeks after her death. Lisa passed away in January 2023 at age 54, leaving behind three kids.

In her will, the singer had given her eldest child, Riley, the control of her wealthy Promenade Trust. However, Priscilla, 78, contested the will and filed in court.

Riley, 34, was reportedly infuriated by her grandmother's actions but did not file an objection to her challenge. It later turned out she and the New York native had mended fences.

The two women reached a settlement over the multi-million-dollar estate, which was not made public. They also came to an agreement on a second trust involving Lisa's insurance policies, believed to be worth $35 million.

The feud between Priscilla and her family ended in May 2023, and her attorney, Ronson Shamoun, revealed that she was "happy" with the outcome, adding:

"The families are happy and unified and together and excited for the future."

Asked whether Riley was also satisfied with the settlement, her attorney, Justin Gold, disclosed that she would not have agreed to it if she felt otherwise.

The actress is now the sole custodian of Graceland and the family shares of Elvis Presley Enterprises, which are now reportedly worth a whopping $500 million.

As the trustee, she reportedly paid her grandmother $1 million, including cover of $400,000 in legal costs. Riley explained that after her mother died, "chaos" erupted as the family struggled to navigate a way forward.

They needed clarity on how to do it, and eventually, they all found it. In an August 2023 interview, the red-haired was asked whether things were good between her and Priscilla.

"Things with Grandma will be happy. They've never not been happy," she said, adding that all her grandmother wanted to do was to preserve the legacy of "the love of her life," as she was a part of it, and it was important to her.
