Tose Page and His Brother Rege-Jean Page Once Formed a Musical Duo
Tose Page is the younger brother of former "Bridgerton" star Regé-Jean Page. The siblings share a musical talent that ignited in their teens and did an official collaboration in 2020. However, between them, Tose has chosen to remain outside the limelight.
Regé-Jean Page may have achieved global renown as a Hollywood actor, but he isn't the only star of his family. In fact, his artistic career began in music before he focused primarily on acting, and alongside him was his younger brother, Tose Page.
Tose is a lesser-known part of Regé-Jean's life, but the siblings have many shared experiences, as Regé-Jean has revealed in his interviews. The "Bridgerton" star spoke about how they first got into punk music and the realities of being mixed-race.

Tose Page Was Born to an Interracial Couple
Tose was born to a Zimbabwean mom, who worked as a nurse, and an English dad, a preacher. Alongside Regé-Jean, he is one of four siblings. He spent his formative years in Harare, Zimbabwe, before his family moved back to North London.
According to Regé-Jean, he and Tose have family spread across the globe, as he shared, "We were in Zimbabwe [until I was 14]. But throughout that period, my family was rather spread out—I have family in South Africa, Australia, Sweden, Grenada, Florida—so you make pit stops and you grow your perspective."

Tose Page's Brother on Growing up Mixed-Race
Tose's brother shared that it didn't take long for him to realize he was different. "I learned from the age of three that I was a walking political statement," he said, adding, "How you act associates you with certain groups."
Regé-Jean, born in London, recalled one incident where his mom tried enrolling him into a nursery that was reasonably close to home but was told there wasn't enough room. Yet, when he showed up with his dad, "There was enough room," he said.

Being mixed-race also meant learning to maneuver within social dynamics. Regé-Jean described his father's accent as a "1920s newscaster type of English," which he said carried a degree of "power" in post-colonial Zimbabwe.
However, he also had to learn how to talk the way his mother's relatives spoke in the village because "If you talk like this Englishman over here, then you are not accepted or trusted by your people over here," he explained.

Tose and Regé-Jean Page Formed a Punk Band and Used It as an Outlet
The frustrations of living as a mixed-race kid accumulated in adolescence, and Regé-Jean sought a way to express them. He and Tose then formed a punk band, the name of which he joked he wouldn't reveal, even if his life were under threat.
Still, he shared, "It was good fun. It was a healthy place to have opinions and have them very, very loudly." The brothers also experimented with hair dye. "We were writing loud, angry, righteous guitar music and screaming at people with various colors in our hair," Regé-Jean recalled.
They co-wrote songs and featured in various bands from then onward. In 2020, they became two halves of the musical duo Tunya. So far, Tunya has two officially released songs, the first being "Смена обстановки," which translates to "a change of scenery."
They also came out with "Don't Wait" and published the song's music video, which starred Regé-Jean. Tunya, who also has an IG page, has yet to release new music, but in the meantime, Regé-Jean is poised to star in an untitled production alongside Glen Powell.
The series, which will air on Amazon, is said to be based on the 1969 Paul Newman, Katharine Ross, and Robert Redford western film, "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid." It will also serve as Regé-Jean's producer debut alongside Glen.
