Simon Cowell is a music mogul and one of the most cutthroat judges. He has sat in the judge's chair on many talent shows, including "America's Got Talent," "X Factor," "Britain's Got Talent," and "American Idol."

Cowell is a renowned record executive, but he has also been a constant face on television as a judge on "American Idol" and many more talent shows. This means he built a big following, and fans of the shows have watched his transformations through time.
One recent drastic transformation that Cowell has endured is losing over 20lbs after surviving a near-fatal E-bike accident on his Malibu compound. The music mogul was rushed to the hospital, where they discovered that he had broken his back in several places.

The television personality underwent a six-hour surgery overnight and even had a metal rod placed in his back. The recovery process was also long and mentally taxing for Cowell, but he still took the time to tweet about his accident and thanked all the doctors who worked hard to help him.
His co-judges, Heidi Klum and Sofia Vergara, also sent in their well wishes expressing how much they missed having Cowell at work with them on the "America's Got Talent" set.

Cowell found himself stuck in bed for weeks during his recovery and admitted that he sunk into a deep depression and considered therapy to get him out of those low moments. What was most difficult during this journey was finding the words to explain his injury to his son Eric. He confessed:
"I couldn't do all the things I wanted to with him. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to walk again, to ever play football with him."

The "American Idol" judge added that he was on a lot of painkillers but managed to get off them quickly, as he was avoiding going down another dark road. He also decided not to go to therapy because he had immense support from his partner, Lauren Silverman.
Cowell came out of the accident stronger with a more positive mindset. The reality of him never being able to walk again inspired him to take better care of his body. Now, he reportedly follows a vegan diet and leads an active lifestyle.
According to reports, the TV personality loved to binge-eat sausage rolls, burgers, and jam tarts made by his chefs. But he reckons he has never felt better since changing his life around. "I cut out a lot of the stuff I shouldn't have been eating, and that was primarily meat, dairy, wheat, sugar — those were the four main things," added Cowell.
Cowell has also fallen in love with walking; he's reportedly walking 40 miles and has rescheduled his workday to fit his new lifestyle. The record executive ensures he only gets on work calls after 9:00 a.m.
The father of one even went on to say that since changing his life, he has worn his trainers more than he has in the last 20 years. At 64 years old, Cowell has never felt fitter or healthier.
However, this drastic change has led to many physical changes that have made fans wonder if Cowell is doing well. In a video where he was promoting an upcoming season of "Britain's Got Talent," the music mogul's skin looked particularly shiny and smoothened out, and he had white teeth.
However, this was not the first time fans had speculated that Cowell had undergone plastic surgery. Even experts weighed in with Dr. Nyla Raja, a leading cosmetic surgeon, saying that Cowell's complexion was a mixture of weight and excessive botox.
Dr. Aamer Khan, co-founder of Harley Street Skin, added that Cowell could have gotten a lot of Botox in his forehead and pointed out that his eyelids looked heavy, which would also result from too many injectables.
Cowell has reportedly never been shy about discussing his experience and love for Botox. He once allegedly admitted to getting a £2,000 facelift. However, since changing his diet, the "X Factor" judge clarified, "There is no filler in my face now. Zero." The entrepreneur credited his changes to healthy eating and drinking "tonnes of water."
Simon Cowell's Transformations
Cowell started building a name for himself as a "Pop Idol" judge in the early 2000s, but a lot has changed. In 1994, when he attended the Brit Awards, he had more of a nerdy look going for him.

Cowell rocked his iconic haircut but had a fresh shave with nerdy round glasses. In 2002, he kept the beardless face and the dark hair color but ditched the round glasses.

One thing that remained consistent in Cowell's look was his haircut and clean shave, which he maintained from the early 2000s to about 2015. In 2017, the "Britain’s Got Talent" judge showed off a new look with a beard and significantly whiter teeth. He also embraced the gray strands in his beard, but in 2022, his face significantly changed, coming from his drastic weight loss.
